I am Britt and this is my husband, Mark. We started embarking on this vintage horse trailer adventure right after we had our baby. We realized that working for ourselves would be the ultimate goal. I’m Ashlyn. It’s sweet to meat you. My love for hosting gatherings and events is no secret to my family and friends! For years, I have had a passion of making these events even a little more fun by adding my own creativity through custom charcuterie boards. These became more and more requested (and not just by my supportive husband!) that I decided to share my passion with more than just my inner circle. This is exactly how Sweet & Meats was created.

Tap Truck Amarillo is a mobile bartending service with a unique means of serving your guests. Our "No Touch, No Worry" service includes delivery of your beverages, TABC Certified TAPtenders, ice, cups, napkins, all other bar supplies, including the bar, and return of the empty kegs. We can also provide signature cocktails and non-alcoholic options. Tap Truck Amarillo is insured and can provide you and the event center a certificate of insurance. Remember, there is a legal responsibility when serving alcohol, and as your bartending service, we take this seriously.

Award-wining Chef Alain Lemaire is a native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where he first discovered his interest in cooking. That interest in food grew out of the need to feed himself what he wanted, and when he wanted it by watching his mother and grandmother in the kitchen, to full blown passion by the time he graduated. Chef Lemaire has featured on several TV shows: he was the host chef of the “Taste of Haiti” episode of the "Luda Can't Cook" series on Discovery+ with award winning rapper, actor, restauranteur Chris "Ludacris" Bridges. He is also a contestant of the Food Network's hit series, Fire Masters, Cutthroat Kitchen, and Chopped.

You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
