More than a decade ago, two sisters - knew there had to be a better way to allow talented photographers and videographers to focus on what they do best -- create gorgeous art -- while providing couples with better support in the planning process. Together, they created an all-inclusive, stress-free environment where couples can choose from talented local photographers and videographers and work with a small team of planning experts equipped and eager to make everything a success. With the pressure gone, you can truly enjoy your big day. Relax and rest assured that all the emotional and moments will be documented with unmatched quality.

From the very first interaction, the team at Once Like a Spark Wedding Co. was incredibly responsive, patient, and detailed in their communication with us. On our wedding day, their incredible attention to detail was evident in the stunning photos they captured. They were constantly checking in with us throughout the reception to make sure we were getting all the shots we wanted. As a couple who isn't always comfortable in front of the camera, Mario made us feel at ease and was able to create the exact type of photos we had envisioned. Our wedding day was truly unforgettable, and we have Once Like a Spark to thank for preserving those memories so beautifully. We would absolutely recommend them to any couple planning their big day!

I present fun, elegant, and exciting Wedding Photography for my clients. My style is photojournalistic; I feel it's the most effective way to tell a story. After all, there is so much happening on a wedding day. Between the ceremony, dancing, and endless extravaganzas, the most memorable moments will naturally occur.  My goal is to capture the emotions and memories of your day through my lens. These recollections are your forever keepsakes, a chapter of your life's story. Every image accounts for those who were by your side, delighted for you, and the next step in your journey. I appreciate you for giving me a few moments of your time.t

My husband and I were from out of town and hired Sean to photograph us at a Christmas gala at the place we got married. He was accommodating to last minute changes to make the most of the session and even went above and beyond to make it happen. Upon first impression, he was upbeat and had a vision. We were outside in sub 30 degree weather with fading evening light as well as low light inside a building and he was up for the challenge. We ended up with beautiful images in less than ideal conditions and that is what makes a great photographer. Sean has a sense of humor and an eye for that perfect photograph. He was fun to work with and his heart for people and creativity shows through. Thank you Sean for capturing this time in our lives.

I feel so lucky to have found these amazing people! Heather and her incredible team feel like family to us, even though we only met a few months ago. They really care about their clients and want them to have the best photos possible. During the wedding, Heather would always make sure I was comfortable by giving me flattering poses and pointing her portable fan at me when I was too hot from dancing at the reception, ha! She stayed in communication with me, the other vendors, and her own team flawlessly, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Not only was everything organized and efficient, but it was also fun! Our whole wedding party had a great time making jokes and messing around with the photographers, and seeing them have fun made the whole vibe a lot better. They hyped us up in every pose and made the day nothing but positive. I would highly recommend Heather and her team to anyone who wants a photographer who cares about them! I felt like a million bucks on my wedding day, and I have to say it is mainly because of these incredible photographers. Finally, the results speak for themselves! The pictures we received literally look like they're out of a movie. Their talent is unmatched and should be talked about more. The feelings and emotions of our special day were captured in such a natural and beautiful way. I am so grateful to have these pictures for life, and I can't wait to show my kids one day. I will never be able to forget what it felt like, thanks to these incredible people with unreal talent. I also cannot believe how easy it was to book her and for such a reasonable price! Booking Heather and her team was truly the best decision we could have made. I recommend them to anyone from all walks of life. You will be welcomed and taken care of like a friend or even family!

Maria was the best photographer for our wedding! We chose her for her bright and vibrant style of photos and we couldn’t be more happy with our decision. My husband and I are not big picture takers and are not the most comfortable in front of the camera but Maria was the best person to walk us through the steps. We first met her for our engagement photos and she made the process so much fun. We all laughed so much and it made my husband and I that much more excited for our wedding! On the day of our wedding, Maria was energetic and welcoming to everyone. She gave clear directions and made sure everyone was comfortable. She sent us the perfect sneak peak photos as well. We got a few couple, bridal party, and detail pictures. I love how we got a sneak peak of the whole day and we cannot wait to the rest!

Mae Krell Photo
Rating: 5.0 (14 reviews)
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $10,000
  • Serves Camden, TN

Hi! My name is Mae, and I live in Brooklyn with my girlfriend, our two dogs Apollo and Bia, her cat Gigi and my lizard, Basil! I’ve always been passionate about capturing moments as authentically and magically as possible, and as i’ve settled more into this career path, I love that i’ve landed in a place where I have the privilege to capture and preserve people’s love stories. Weddings and elopements are so distinctly and uniquely human, and it’s truly the biggest honor to be trusted to document them.

Awarded Best of Zola
I came across Mae’s work when looking for a photographer for engagement photos in Central Park, and I was immediately impressed with Mae and knew we were going to be incredibly happy with the results. Mae responded immediately to all my questions, day or night, and took the time to video chat with me at length twice before the shoot to discuss what we were looking for in our photos. Before the shoot, I had sent her a few examples of what I liked, and not only did the photos come out exactly how I wanted them, but were even more perfect than I envisioned. The engagement shoot itself was so much fun, and Mae made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process, despite us thinking we’d both feel awkward getting posed photos of us taken. Mae truly had a vision for what poses, locations, and lighting would work, and the execution was perfect. Some of the feedback we got from our friends was that the photos looked like a magazine, and that they were “ethereal.” Even better, Mae somehow got us the edited photos back within 24 hours of the shoot. Her pricing is also incredibly reasonable given the quality of her work, meticulousness, and experience in photography, as well as the very quick turnaround time. My fiance and I truly cannot recommend her enough, and we are excited to work with her again in the future. She is truly an artist, and any couple would be incredibly lucky to work with her!

We were stoked. He was amazing to work with on the wedding day - punctual, friendly, got all the requested shots, and the whole bridal party loved him. We got our pictures back today - and they’re so much better than we could have dreamed of. It’s no wonder he was featured in Vogue - his work is artistic, candid, and beautiful. I’m Jaimee—a storyteller, world traveler, and lover of old stuff. With over 100 weddings photographed, I’ve learned that wedding days are about presence > perfection. My documentary-style photography is honest, fun, and rooted in telling your story exactly as it unfolds—raw, real, and beautifully yours. I’m passionate about capturing the moments that matter most: your partner’s look during the vows, friends dancing like no one’s watching, and those in-between moments you might miss but will cherish forever. When I’m not behind the camera, I’m immersed in nature, treasure hunting in antique shops, or planning my next adventure.

There are truly not enough words in the English language to describe how much I admire and recommend Jaimee for any and all of your photography needs. From the moment we met, we knew she was the perfect choice. As a fellow photographer, I met Jaimee over an online forum on facebook and we hit it off immediately. She was incredibly attentive, open to hearing what a valued for my day, and was all around a joy to work with. Jaimee is a wonderful planner and is ALWAYS prepared which perfectly soothed my anxieties leading up to our day of. Her documentary-style photography captured every raw, beautiful, and unscripted moment—moments we didn’t even realize were happening at the time. Looking through our photos feels like reliving the day all over again. The laughter, the quiet glances, the happy tears—every emotion is preserved in the most authentic and breathtaking way. Nothing felt staged or forced; instead, Jaimee blended into the day so seamlessly, allowing us to just be ourselves. She is quiet, fun, silly, calming presence that truly made my day so much easier. I truly and wholeheartedly believe I could not have done it without her. Not only is her talent unmatched, but she is also a joy to be around—calm, kind, and incredibly professional. Her team made us feel completely at ease, which truly shows in the photos. Jaimee goes above and beyond when selecting those she works with. This truly shone when minutes before walking down the aisle, her assistant,Shelby, re-curled my hair to ensure I looked my best after the rain had made it fall. Jaimee went above and beyond to make sure I felt prepared and confident the entire day. If you’re looking for a wedding photographer who will tell your love story with honesty, artistry, and heart, look no further. Thank you sweet friend, for giving us the greatest gift—the ability to step back into these moments for years to come. We are forever grateful and cannot wait to book with you again in the future!

If adventure makes your heart beat fast, you don't mind straying from tradition, sarcasm and retro music are your love languages, and if you're down to frolic through an open field with me, we'll be best friends in no time. When you choose your wedding photographer, it's about more than hiring a professional to take photos — it's about connecting with someone who'll capture your day with intention. So be sure to ask all your questions, and make sure you *click* (pun intended) with the person behind the camera!

Awarded Best of Zola
Faith is one of the most intentional people I’ve met — she was there every step of the way during wedding planning to support us and provided so much comfort and overall good vibes on the day of! I felt so at ease the entire wedding day, and I credit that to our incredible vendor team, Faith and her team included. I received so many sneak peek pics just under a week after my wedding (a few I got almost immediately!!), and it was amazing to be able to relive those moments already and share them with friends and family. Seeing how she captured these moments, big and small, makes me SO excited to see the final gallery!!! Her editing style is simply gorgeous — it was the main reason I reached out to her initially — but she’s also just a wonderful friend and human. When you already feel like you know someone, it makes it so much easier to be your authentic selves in front of the camera, and for that to shine through in photos. We both have so much love for Faith and are forever grateful she was there to document the beginning of the newest chapter of our love story

Hey there, I am so happy you are here. A GIRL WITH A DREAMI am a big time lover of love, Jesus, and traveling the world - but you can just call me Hailey. Based in ATL, Im a full time wedding photographer. Im always down for an adventure. When I'm not behind a camera, you can find me on zooming off on a hike with my husband or chatting someone's ear off about my latest podcast obsession. I am here for all the coffee, hugs, & candids. ohh and my Cat hehe

Awarded Best of Zola
I chose Hailey from the moment we had our initial call to talk through her services. She listened so well to our wedding vision & asked thoughtful questions. We were forgoing a wedding coordinator & other “extras.” Hailey was still excited to take us on as clients which some photographers would not have. I was ready to confirm during the call with how supportive and excited she sounded about our day. From this call, she sent over her proposal for cost & information very quickly. She was responsive via text & email to any questions we had. Closer to the date, she sent over a questionnaire so she could be prepared with the photos we wanted. It also included tips & guidance on making sure the experience is smooth. This was super helpful. During the wedding, I was blown away by her and her second shooter. She was decisive when we needed someone to make a decision, supportive to me as a bride, went above and beyond to handle any last minute changes or hiccups with grace. My husband and I had never had professional photos taken. She made it sooo easy and fun! The photos are sooo creative and I continue to pinch myself that they are ours! Wow! Here’s where she deserves to be shouted from the rooftops: We scheduled a hike we wanted photographed to a waterfall on site at the venue (our venue at Hawkesdene in NC lodges all guests for 2 nights). The venue shared it was 1 mile in/out and not difficult. Well it HAILED the night before and rained all night so the path was flooded and muddy. We had to decide to forge ahead or cancel. She without hesitation was ready to forge ahead, ruining her shoes, to ensure we could still have our hike documented with our guests. She encouraged me along the way and I am so grateful because the photos are just incredible. Anyone would be truly lucky to have Hailey capture their wedding. This review doesn’t do her or her skills justice. I will forever cheer her on & can’t wait to find an opportunity to work with her again in the future.

That experience taught me how to anticipate moments, work quickly in changing light, and capture genuine emotion without getting in the way. I focus on the natural moments as they unfold, keep portraits relaxed with gentle direction, and make family photos organized and efficient so they do not take you away from your wedding for long.

My wife and I used Roman Photography's services for our wedding in 2015 - we absolutely adore the the photos. Our fun and family were captured beautifully. We loved the work so much, we contacted Roman again ten years later to do our anniversary photos. Roman came out and did another magnificent job. He kept things playful and light (we're both uncomfortable in front of the camera) but still professional. I can't recommend Roman Photography enough!

As a documentary-style photographer, I truly believe that the essence of life is captured in the unscripted, candid moments that often go unnoticed-- Each click of my camera is more than just a snapshot; it’s an opportunity to freeze time and preserve the love, joy, and uniqueness of your moments for generations to come.

Where to begin?! Anna made my wedding day MAGICAL! Our photos felt like actual works of art, yet somehow were captured in such a natural way. She was the one decision I made as far as vendors go that I actually felt peace with. I had zero doubts she would make mine and my husbands day so special, and she truly did. I feel like I'm transported back into time every time I look at our photos!
