“My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! There were a few minor hiccups during the ceremony and reception (that were not caused by him), but he was able to be quick on his feet and keep the wedding flowing. The photo booth package he has available is a MUST! Guests were raving about the printouts and the quality of the photos! Attached is an example of what the printouts look like. These also can be sent to your phone and will be emailed to you the next day. We were beyond happy to with the energy, music selections, effort, and work Ryan put out for our wedding! They were a little bit out of our budget, but we decided to book them anyways and cut back on other things and let me tell you ...they were worth every single penny!!! Luke is the nicest, coolest guy and so great to work with!! He listened to every request we had leading up and I truly didn't think about a thing during the wedding day - he had our timeline completely under control and kept us on track (and if we were running behind I still have no idea because he's that good!!). The band is INCREDIBLE and had our guests on the dance floor all night!! I realized at the end of the night I never even changed out of my heels into my white sneakers because that would have meant leaving the dance floor. Our guests are still telling us how amazing the band was and several of them even got their card for their own events! Having Experience was the best decision we made!! Thank you to all of you for making our wedding day so memorable and fun!!”

“The communication with Prime 1 Productions could have been better leading up to the wedding. While they did a decent job overall with the music and entertainment, they could have done a better job reading the vibe of the room and playing more of a variety of songs that got everyone dancing. The person I booked with was not the one who actually came to our wedding, which was a bit of a surprise. However, the DJ who did come was very nice and tried his best, even though he messed up the intro to our first dance a bit. Overall, Prime 1 Productions provided a serviceable performance, but I wish they had been a bit more in tune with the energy and preferences of our guests.”

The day of my wedding, Maggie was so professional and handled all situations with confidence and ease so that I didn’t have to worry about directing her and giving her cues. On top of being such a professional with her work, she is a friendly and fun person. Our entire reception, her personality and playful demeanor alone kept the energy up with our guests and she made sure that my guests were dancing all night long. I had so many different specific requests for what should be played and what shouldn’t at the reception and ceremony, and Maggie rolled with the punches perfectly in accommodating us to craft the perfect Vibe for both events. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that you need to book her ASAP or any of your events or weddings coming up!! She is a hidden gem in the central Pennsylvania area!!”

“Ryan is truly the jack of all trades, the absolute kindest human being, and incredibly professional. We are SO glad he was a (major!) part of our wedding day! He was super communicative when we had questions, helped give us some advice, and *!!!even learned a new song just for us!!!* We had just attended a friends wedding and the music was super unrelatable to my fiance (husband now lol) and our friends. We were bummed and worried - hopeful that ours would be fun and get people out there! Ryan was AMAZING. He curated the perfect playlist, set up THREE different locations to play, AND was super cool to honor all our specific wishes. 10 mins to the end I went to him and said eh we are tired such a long day, we can probably wrap up - he assured me he had some incredible songs for the last few, told me to rally- he DID. Ended the night on such a fun, high note. I would recommend Ryan over and over and over and over again.
