Words cannot express what a fantastic job the management of Mountainville Manor did. If we even paused to think, there was staff ready to help. The food was AMAZING!! The service was even better! I heard so many positive comments from our guests! Their recommended florist and DJ were incredible! We had such a great time! If you are looking for a venue you won’t be disappointed!! My wife and I came to them on short notice and with a lot of stress due to the time/money expenses of planning the big day. Renee was unfailingly kind, endlessly patient and always upbeat. Putting it simply, the crew at Adena are wonderful people who are very good at their job. The day itself went off without a single hiccup. Every typical issue that we encountered - such as delays on our part, or things I forgot- was handled before I even fully aware of it. They did their jobs calmly and joyfully, and helped reassure my anxious wife (and my surprisingly anxious self). The location is absolutely beautiful, maintained expertly and decorated perfectly. Our reception was elegant and rustic, with clear views of the blue sky outside making a very pretty backdrop to celebration. The Wooded Cathedral was where we had our reception, and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s dreamed of an outdoor wedding in the country. My wife and I are so happy that we switched venues to Adena. We’re thrilled that they’ve left us with these memories, and we are so happy to call the team at Adena friends. Thank you guys for helping us start a marriage on the highest possible note.

Working with the team at the Ethan Allen hotel was so easy. They made our special day as stress free as possible. Joseph was so responsive and helped with all of my questions throughout the process from start to finish. Minnie also was so great with getting the hotel room block set. The banquet manager Greg made everything run smoothly the day of. The space really transformed for our wedding and was so affordable for amazing quality. Food also was delish! Our photographer was also able to get some really beautiful photos inside and outside of the hotel for some really unique shots that we love! The Ethan Allen is your one place for everything !!

We had our wedding at Villa Barone Manor, and it was an absolute dream from start to finish! What stood out most was how he treated us like family — his warmth and care truly made the experience unforgettable. Another big shoutout to my bridal assistant, Luciana, who was an absolute lifesaver. She helped me with everything I needed and made sure I felt completely taken care of all night. The maître d’s were also fantastic, keeping us updated on timing and making sure every detail flowed seamlessly. I cannot recommend the Amber Room enough. Everyone there is truly amazing and the food was delicious! From the planning process all the way through to the day of the wedding, we were supported and felt like a priority. Katie was amazing and so helpful through the planning process and significantly reduced our stress! All of our requests were accommodated and executed to perfection. Our banquet manager, Ashley, who ran the rehearsal and made sure the wedding day went smoothly, was also amazing. Ashley has a wonderful personality and made sure everything was perfect for us. All of the staff on the day of the wedding were friendly, helpful, and professional. I am truly sad that I won’t be communicating with the Amber room staff on a regular basis anymore as over the last 10 months of wedding planning, they have felt more like family. I know for a fact that without the staff, our day would not have nearly been as perfect as it was!
