“The Music Boutique was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, Scott was extremely helpful and responsive, and always providing us with great ideas, suggestions, and guidance to make our day special. We had a duo playing for our ceremony and during the cocktail hour and then we had a small 3 person band playing for our reception. And it was the perfect amount of people. We had spoken to some other bands and they all kept saying we need some big band for the reception, but since we were having less than 100 people at the wedding, we didn’t think it made sense to have like a 10 person band, it just seemed like it would overwhelm the whole wedding. And we knew we wanted a band component since my father plays guitar and I had a feeling would want to play a song at some point. Then we spoke with Scott, he seemed to understand our vision of having a small band. He loved the idea of my father playing a song, and made suggestions on when was the perfect time for him to play, and even laughed along with our idea of playing “September” by Earth, Wind, and Fire, over and over again, since we were getting married on “the 21st night of September” (we did not do this)! The day of the band was amazing! They even took the time to learn our first dance song, which was a fairly unknown track, and played it beautifully, and surprised us with playing it. Since we thought it was just going to be a recorded version of the song. That was very special to us! And they were more than happy to let my dad play his song to us. Overall, the band's performance was lively and engaging, and they kept our guests dancing all night long. We couldn't have asked for a better band to help make our wedding celebration so memorable, and couldn’t have done it with Scott!”

“Allyse was amazing, to say the least. My husband and I got married on July 4th and wanted to incorporate fireworks into our event somehow. Our venue wouldn’t allow it for safety reasons(understandable) so we talked to Allyse and decided to do a first look a few nights before with fireworks. The photos from the first look were amazing! We started during daylight and they captured everything perfectly. But let me tell you, the way the photos with the fireworks came out was STUNNING!!! Only a true professional could have done what they did! Allyse and her husband did a fantastic job snapping everything moment of our wedding and catching some of the sweetest memories that I can cherish forever- including my 80 year old grandmother holding my 3 month old son! The look of love on her face was so candid and sweet. From start to finish, the entire team made the process and the day itself absolutely seamless. Billiam has created something truly magical here. Erica, who guided us through planning, answered our questions, and captured our wedding through her photography, was such a calming, helpful presence throughout. And Magic Cathy, our day-of point person, made sure everything flowed perfectly. I can’t overstate how much peace of mind they gave me, I literally had NOTHING to worry about. The staff was so thoughtful and attentive, periodically checking in to make sure I was enjoying myself and didn’t need anything, which made me feel so cared for. The attention to detail was next-level. Multiple guests told me it was the most beautiful wedding they’d ever been to. The food was phenomenal, the music (courtesy of The Music Boutique) kept the energy alive, and the flowers and décor were breathtaking. The gardens were lush, blooming, and absolutely stunning. It was beyond anything I could have pictured. The flower bar was also such a unique touch and a huge hit with our families. “My wife and I had Lou DJ our upstate wedding and it was more than we could have dreamed of. From the beginning, he was nothing but professional. He met with us multiple times prior to the event to go over music selection, flow of the ceremony day etc. His website was very easy to use and allowed us to have a large role in our music selection for the day, even for the reception dance portion. Everything was reviewed at least 3 times to ensure there were no hiccups, and also to make sure we wouldn't have to worry about anything on the ceremony day. On the day, Lou came in very early to setup and his equipment was extremely unobtrusive and sounded amazing. From the ceremony to reception (and especially cocktail hour), the sound was fantastic and there was not a single hiccup (even with an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour!). His flow through the reception was so smooth - and as a former college radio DJ, his music choice to fill in the gaps between the 'must plays' we sent him were impeccable!!! “Lynette and Bryndon are the best around! I used them for both my photo and video, and they give you nothing but perfection! Everything came out better than I expected. They arrived on time if not early. They were very respectful in the church. They learned my entire bridal party’s names so instead of saying “you” and pointing, they said their actual names. They were very encouraging to my husband and I throughout the day, and very helpful with anything we needed. They also were very helpful before the wedding day. Lynette helped me figure out timing for the day, and that truly helped it run smoothly and on time. They gave us a large “sneak peak” within two weeks of the wedding, and then had the entire wedding album back around 3 months. The videos came back about a month and a half after the wedding. They shot my cousins wedding back in 2021, and my friends wedding in 2023 so by my wedding they truly felt like the are apart of my family. “We had the most amazing time at Diamond Mills Hotel! The venue is BEAUTIFUL, and the staff is wonderful to work with. My husband and I also loved exploring Saugerties! Planning a wedding in two months was challenging, but booking Diamond Mills for our wedding venue was the best decision ever! We loved working with Stephanie, Carrie, and Brianne. They are highly organized and professional. Our wedding day was truly magical! Our guests had a wonderful time! We also really appreciate how the staff working on the day of our wedding ensured that my husband and I ate well (and remembered to eat as we interacted with our guests). The food served was delicious and we loved our wedding cake! Another great thing about booking the wedding at Diamond Mills is that the hotel is attached to the wedding venue - it was very convenient for us and our guests! “I can't say enough good things about Ani's flowers. before booking, Ani sent a draft of what she envisioned for our wedding. The inspiration pictures she sent were exactly what I was envisioning. She was so sweet and easy to work with throughout the planning process. When the flowers arrived at the venue I was getting my hair done. My bridesmaids all separately came in one by one to tell me how stunning the bouquets were- and they were right! We mistakenly miscounted our groomsmen and were short a boutonniere and Ani expertly fastened one from another arrangement without missing a beat. The florals she used for the ceremony were breathtaking as were the centerpieces. I have gotten so many compliments from our guests on the florals.”

They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, from the initial planning stages to the final send-off.
