Booking with Simon was super easy, they are easily reachable by email. The food was great and everyone loved the tiramisu we had picked out for dessert. We also hired our DJ, Alex, through them and he was so fun and hyped everyone up on the dancefloor. Our bartender was even able to recognize everyones drink orders by the end of the night! “Wedgewood Weddings provided catering services through Abbey Catering & Events for our December wedding in La Jolla, CA. We contacted the Abbey well ahead of time to receive a proposal for comparison with other catering groups. One of the reasons we leaned toward the Abbey is due to our initial conversations with Will Konecki. He was so enjoyable to speak with, and he helped hash out the initial details for our event. He provided us relevant documentation for menus, event rentals, and details on the included floral package. Will also made suggestions for cost-effective solutions to achieve the event atmosphere we wanted to provide for our guests. Will’s event experience allowed him to answer all of our questions, and he was very responsive via phone and email. We attended one of Abbey Catering’s tasting events where we met Will and other staff in person to taste the different appetizers and entrees. Some memorable favorites were the mini beef wellingtons, the feta-stuffed dates with bacon, and the sesame-soy glazed salmon. We were stuffed with all the food we tried, and we got to see some options for how the guest tables can be decorated. This is also where we met our assigned event manager. Our assigned event manager was Petr Trebin. As our event date got closer, Petr was very communicative of upcoming deadlines and requirements. Petr was extremely fun to work with. He shared excitement in all his communications with us and made sure we were taken care of well before the event. Petr was onsite throughout the duration of our event and went above and beyond in taking care of us. For example, he set aside a plate of all our appetizers and signature drinks inside the bridal suite room so we could eat our appetizers and drink our beverages in private without having to wait in line. Furthermore, he checked in on us throughout the event to make sure everything was going well and we didn’t have any questions or requests. Before the evening ended, Petr noticed that we barely got to touch our entrees due to being occupied with our guests so Petr packed two meals for us to take home as well as bites from our dessert bar. Petr was a pleasure to work with, and he made the experience wonderful from start to finish. Post-wedding, he shared with us all the photos and videos he took during the event which was a nice gesture. We highly recommend Abbey Catering for catering services for your wedding or any other event!”

“I cannot say enough amazing things about this team!! The buckboard catering team catered my wedding and they blew us all away!! Ashley was amazing with accommodating our budget, going through the options, hosting the tasting and holding my hand through the process. I had people coming up to me all night telling me how great the food was. They had great communicating with us throughout the process and even with our guests all night. They personally spoke to each guest with allergies and informed them of the best options to accommodate them. They even went out of their way to buy a new salad dressing for a guest with allergies during the event and gave her her own personal bottle to keep at her table. My coordination team was going to take care of cake cutting and our nacho bar but the Buckboard team insisted on taking it off of their hands and took a huge load off of their plates. I got great feedback from everyone about the friendly bartenders and their flexibility with signature drinks and the other options!! I highly recommend you hire them for your next event! “Chef Cooper and his team are an amazing group of people. I did not have to worry about a single thing in regards to food for my wedding reception. My reception was only 40ppl so, if you are having a small wedding reception, definitely look into Krafted Culture to cater it. I looked into other caterers before I came across Krafted Culture but their minimum to cater started at 60ppl and up. Communication was excellent through the entire process and customizing menu to accommodate allergies and vegan guests was not an issue. Everyone loved the food, especially the tri-tip! What was also convenient is that they also rent out tables, chairs, and table linens. Highly recommend!”
