Uncommon Unions started as a shift in how I wanted to cook and share food. I’ve spent years working in kitchens, and over time I realized what stuck with people wasn’t the most complicated dish. It was the one that felt thoughtful, well made, and actually enjoyable to eat. That’s what I try to bring into everything I do now. Cooking in a way that feels intentional, a little different, but still grounded and approachable. A lot of what I care about is how people experience food together. I’m Emilee, the founder of Bon Fromage and a trained cheesemonger with over 15 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry. I’ve always believed food is about connection, and Bon Fromage was born from my love of thoughtful hospitality and creating moments people truly remember. Inspired by European markets and gatherings centered around community, I created an experience that feels intentional, elevated, and personal.
