“I originally chose Holly for my photographer because we had a very specific theme for our wedding (Destiny the video game). It must have also been Destiny that she played the game and was familiar with the theme. Also, she was amazingly flexible and willing to work with our budget. Her correspondence with me was always quick and prompt. Even when it came to getting my professional pictures and sneak peaks all back, I was told it would be up to 2 months for return, but she had them back in only a week or two's time. Unfortunately, (as these things sometimes happen) Holly was not able to actually come do our photos due to getting extremely sick (which no one can help), so we had to have a stand in photographer named Justin. I know we (including herself) were all bummed she could not be there considering we were all excited and familiar with the theme. Despite not having Holly, Justin was still very nice to work with and did an amazing job. I did notice that the best pictures (of course) were the ones he had time to actually position and pose us for. I think my biggest regret was I wish I had had more time and funds to pay for more time for him to pose us and take these more less candid photos. I was sad to find that we missed out on getting individual photos of my daughters and all four of them on their own. Also there were no photos of my husband with his second oldest daughter which really upset her... But again, I don't blame the photographer for this. It really was chalked up to a lack of time. Also, one of my daughters changed into more comfortable clothes during dinner so that took away from us being able to get the nice pictures I had wanted. So I can't emphasize enough that I don't blame the photographers for this at all... It was just one of my biggest regrets on my part of the night. I again, wish I had built more time and been able to contribute more money to more pictures that could be done in this manner. I definitely recommend this team. They are so nice and do their best to check off all of the boxes that you want. They work with you and are quick and efficient with what they do.”

“Working with Kandid Art was overall a great experience! They showed up on time and made sure we got all the shots we wanted. Though the wedding ran a bit behind, they were flexible. The photos turned out beautiful, and they got creative with the locations given the cold, rainy weather. They even got some funny shots of the kids at the wedding that are some of my favorites! The video was also good, although I don't love that they had to use like stock music for the background (I guess it's because of copyright issues with other songs?). I wish they would have included audio of the vows rather than the cheers of the attendees, so make sure you ask them to do that if you want it! I do love that they provided us with all the raw video footage though, as some of the most special moments didn't make the highlight video. Due to the event running behind, the cost increased a bit (which I was asked about after the wedding) due to the 2 photographers needing to split up to cover the shots. I wish they had asked me or the Wedding Coordinator about that on the day of so we could understand better what was the issue, but it was a minor thing in terms of communication. Overall 8/10 rating and would recommend.”

“Choosing a wedding photographer can be tricky and nerve wracking because they are capturing your special day. We had multiple calls with Marien before the wedding and discussed everything that we wanted and what we were looking for. I love that we were able to set up a payment plan too. My husband and I were nervous because we don't love to be in front of the camera but Marien made us feel very comfortable. We felt like ourselves and were laughing 99% of the time! Marien was able to coordinate all of the family and friends for photos in a timely manner. Even with five young flower girls, she managed she to get all of the images we wanted. It was raining on our wedding day and the photos still look amazing, you can't even tell it was raining! She ended up as a part of our family! Everyone can't stop raving about our photos and how beautiful they were, and how they really captured our love. Marien is a dream to work with and we highly, highly recommend her!”

“Nas was absolutely phenomenal!! We just loved working with her on our wedding day. From the first phone interview, she was professional, courteous, and really wanted to get a feel for our vision of the day. At the wedding, she remained unobtrusive while still managing to capture every memorable detail—we never felt uncomfortable about the camera being there and it all felt very organic. She had an amazingly quick turnaround on the pictures, and we got a sneak peak then received our full gallery before the estimated 30 days! I was extremely satisfied with the number and quality of the pictures: they were true to life and any color editing enhanced, rather than altered, the photos. She did a fantastic job of helping us pose while making the photos look effortless and candid. For the quality, time, effort, and product, I would say that the price we paid was MORE than reasonable. Even my husband, who is very frugal and not big on taking/ looking at pictures, said "wow, this was really worth the money" when we saw the gallery. Without any prompting!
