The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! The MC's ad-libs got a little overbearing at times, but overall they did a nice job sticking to the schedule and making important announcements. It's pretty incredible to see how he builds the song real-time without any backing tracks or pre-recorded stuff. Eddie was easy to communicate with, and was there for us through the whole experience from beginning to end. The second it was dance time, they got the crowd up and out onto the dance floor in a heartbeat, and most didn’t leave the dance floor until the night was over. DJ was good, knew what songs to play, when to play them, and played the ones I wanted. And the emcee was awesome, funny & easily able to get people involved in whatever!! “Amazing, helpful and flexible! I had spoken to Matt, the owner, who was so understanding about the stress we had dealt with in rescheduling our 2020 May wedding. He was so sympathetic and wanted to help make our September 2020 micro-wedding special and memorable for us! He was understanding, compassionate and sympathetic about our situation. Although Matt was unavailable to DJ our 9/20 wedding, we were told in advance that Dan was very good and would be stepping in. We spoke with Dan just about a week before our wedding and got 95% of the info he needed (because WE were being indecisive) oops. Then, the night before the wedding, he got the last few songs he needed from me via text! Unbelievable! He played all the songs we requested and timed our precessional and recessional songs perfectly!! If you get a DJ for your wedding- choose LB Entertainment!”
