We had our wedding at the Inn at Leola & it was amazing! I can't say enough about our wedding coordinator, Gianna. She was so sweet, attentive, communicative & went out of her way to make our wedding perfect. The grounds are beautiful & they made beautiful backdrops for our photos. Tracy was also awesome to work with & did an incredible job with our flowers & they were stunning. The food at the wedding was delicious & everyone was raving about it. The pastry chef was also so accommodating & she made me the wedding cake of my dreams. The service at the reception was also classy & top notch. We also loved our suite by the pool. Everything was perfect & we highly recommend Inn at Leola for the food, the grounds & most importantly the service provided by Gianna & Tracy.

This review has taken forever to write because there are so many wonderful things we want to say about Historic Ashland. When we first started venue hunting, we spent so much time trying to simply get responses to tour requests. We live over an hour from Wrightsville, and my mother lives two hours away, so trying to schedule a tour without being ignored for days by a venue was starting to seem nearly impossible. When we came across HA, we crossed our fingers and sent a message. We got a response before I could even lock my phone, and a tour scheduled in less than 5 minutes. And that basically describes how the rest of wedding planning went for us thanks to their detailed planning guide, which includes a list of preferred vendors, a rental guide for decorations, a timeline for the wedding day, and more. Leah and Amanda always made themselves available to answer any questions we had. From that moment until our wedding day in October 2024, we knew we were in good hands and couldn’t go wrong with the rest of the decisions we had to make. The property itself is stunning, and it was so nice to have various locations to utilize, from getting ready to all the different ceremony locations. Really our hardest decision was where to have the ceremony. We truly have HA to thank for our wedding planning process being so smooth. The entire HA team went above and beyond to make our wedding better than we could have ever imagined. You hear nightmares about how something always goes wrong on a wedding day. The HA team handled absolutely everything for us. All we had to do was show up. Not one thing went wrong. We still have guests texting us to talk about how beautiful the entire day was. Everything was perfect and we cannot thank Leah, Amanda, and the entire team enough. I will recommend this venue to anyone that wants to listen. I hope someone we know gets married there so we can go back as a guest. Not that we need an excuse to go back because Leah is such a gem.

The venue is absolutely beautiful. I have used it for several occasions. I love the simplicity so that you can turn the space into whatever your vision is. I lack creativity so having Taylor to talk to about ideas was so helpful. Taylor has a great eye for decor and event planning and is such an asset when you utilize her space. She is a great communicator and stays in touch while you plan so you can relax and enjoy your event.

Our sister found this place and did a virtual tour and from the very first moment we saw Lauxmont Farms, we knew this place was special, but what we experienced exceeded every expectation we had. The venue is undeniably breathtaking, but it’s the people who made it unforgettable. Every single staff member was warm, kind, and genuinely invested in our day. The decorator went above and beyond in ways I’ll never forget, hanging décor from the tent ceiling and making our vision come to life with such care. Our day-of coordinator, Ally, and our attendant, Brandon, were incredible. They were attentive, calm, thoughtful, and detail oriented in every possible way. From our first visit to our final moments on the property on our wedding day, we felt supported, cared for, and truly celebrated. Lauxmont didn’t just host our wedding, it gave us an experience we will cherish for a lifetime. If I could give more than five stars, I would. 1000/10.

Well wishes from start to finish was amazing to deal with. They were affordable, flexible, and so accommodating. The venue was gorgeous and spacious with plenty of options for set up. We ended up having to have our ceremony on the first floor due to rain but the twinkle lights and ambiance in there made it so gorgeous I can’t even imagine what it would’ve been like had we not moved it indoors. The couple who owns it were so responsive and helpful the weekend of the wedding and we truly could not be more thankful to them for allowing us to use their venue for our special day.

We booked the Barn at Mount Hope for our wedding in March of 2019. Little did we know it would be rescheduled twice due to Covid-19. Nicole worked with us through everything from start to finish, twice and even sent us small tokens to let us know we weren't forgotten over the two years. We really appreciated her attention to detail and her willingness to help us in this crazy hectic time. Nicole and her team were amazing from 2019 to 2021 and we couldn't have been happier with the event. The wine was delicious and we made new cider fans out of some family members with that amazing blueberry cider. The Barn was a gorgeous venue for the wedding we had and the Renaissance Faire backdrop only added to the feeling. It was a truly magical evening for us

Beth Valgus, the catering sales manager of the Harrisburg Hilton, flawlessly coordinated my wedding venue. She accommodated all my questions and concerns before, during and after the event. Beth and her team were incredible and always on the ball with questions and concerns and were always there to problem solve with me. Myself and many other guests had multiple food allergies and they were able to manage each one flawlessly. Additionally, due to weather issues and a last minute switch of guests, Beth and her team were able to handle without a problem. I would highly recommend Beth and the Hilton Harrisburg for your wedding and other events!

This pavillion overlooks beautiful greenery, and in the autumn months the foliage creates a gorgeous backdrop. The outdoor fire pits make it even cozier at night time. Their indoor reception area is a beautifully built barn with delicious food & a spacious dance floor. Their event coordinator & wait staff are always a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this venue!

The Imperial Event Center at the Holiday Inn was the perfect way to end our wedding night. Having a ballroom available from 10:30 pm to 1:30 am gave everyone a place to keep the celebration going after the reception. Guests were still buzzing with energy, and the space allowed everyone to relax, laugh, play games, and reconnect late into the night. It also gave us the chance to spend meaningful time with guests we hadn’t been able to chat with earlier, which meant a lot to us. The pizza and drinks were a hit, and the room was the perfect size for our group. It felt comfortable, casual, and easy, exactly what a late-night after party should feel like, especially when it’s right in the same hotel where everyone is staying. Beyond the after party itself, we truly appreciated the entire hotel experience. From smooth check-ins to breakfast and overall accommodations, our guests felt welcome and well taken care of throughout the weekend. Having everything in one place made the weekend seamless and stress-free. We’re very grateful to the Imperial Event Center and Holiday Inn team for helping make our wedding weekend so special.
