    BEAUTIFUL venue and BEST experience!

    From our first conversation with King Mansion, we knew we'd found the right venue. The team communicated clearly throughout the planning process and were flexible when we wanted to walk through the space multiple times. On wedding day, the coordinator stayed on top of every detail and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The venue itself is hands down the most beautiful and elegant venue we've ever seen, and it provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. With such a large wedding, it was the perfect size; people had room to move about and have quiet conversational space or dance and have a great time. We felt so grateful to exchange vows in such a classy setting. King Mansion exceeded our expectations and we can't recommend them enough.

    King Mansion is absolutely stunning! From the grand architecture to the elegant interior details, every inch of this venue is breathtaking. It perfectly blends historic charm with modern sophistication, creating the most beautiful backdrop for weddings. Every time I photograph here, I’m blown away by the light, the setting, and the atmosphere—it’s truly a dream venue in the heart of Harrisburg. King Mansion is the definition of timeless elegance!

Our peak season runs from May 1 through December 31. Basically all the best months to throw an unforgettable party. From spring blooms to cozy winter magic, King Mansion brings the vibes all year long (minus a sleepy few months to catch our breath).
Our off-peak season runs from January 1 through April 30, aka the cozy months. Fewer crowds, cool-weather charm, and we’ve got four working fireplaces to turn up the warmth. Think intimate vibes, candlelit moments, and the kind of winter magic you don’t get in peak season.
Alcohol is BYOB at King Mansion, giving you the freedom to serve exactly what you love. All beverages must be served by a RAMP-certified and insured bartender (because great parties still play by the rules).
Yes, we’ve got parking, because what’s a downtown venue without it? King Mansion has a private lot with around 68 spaces just for your guests. Need more room? We’ve got access to a second lot just a block away for a $500 rental fee. We’ll even hook you up with signage so no one’s circling the block in heels.
Yes, King Mansion is wheelchair accessible because everyone deserves a front-row seat to the celebration. We also have an elevator to take guests from the first floor to the second, no stilettos or staircases required.
When you celebrate at King Mansion, you're getting more than just a venue, you're getting the full experience. Enjoy exclusive access from 9 AM to 11 PM (10:30 PM Sunday-Thursday), a one-hour rehearsal, ceremony options inside or out, and a reception in our stunning Conservatory Ballroom for up to 160+ guests. We provide tables, chairs, a prep kitchen, luxe suites, and on-site parking for 68 cars. The mansion is wheelchair accessible, climate-controlled, and comes with a dedicated Venue Host. Engagement photo time and overnight accommodations? Also on the table.
You’ll have up to 6 hours of celebration time to wow your guests, including Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception. Your access starts at 9:00 AM and runs through 11:00 PM, with music ending by 10:30 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, and by 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday. While your guests arrive in style, your crew gets the all-day VIP treatment in our Preparation Suites. Because looking this good takes time.
We get it, plans can change. Here’s the fine print: any payments made before a cancellation request are non-refundable. If you cancel within 180 days of your wedding date, the full remaining balance is still due within 7 days of your notice. Not the fun part of planning, but part of keeping the party running smoothly for everyone.
Getting to King Mansion is a breeze. We’re just 17 miles (about a 22-minute drive) from Harrisburg International Airport, close enough for a quick Uber and a coffee stop. Coming from out of state? Baltimore/Washington International is about 1 hour and 50 minutes away, perfect for guests making a weekend of it. Whether you’re hopping off a train, calling a car, or rolling in with your road trip playlist, all routes lead to the party.
We do require Special Event Liability Insurance (aka a Special Event Endorsement) for your wedding day. It’s the grown-up way to keep things covered while you party hard. Don’t stress, though. We’ve got a go-to contact to help you get it sorted, quick and painless.
