The gorgeous gardens speak of simple joys and natural wonder while the relaxed elegance of our two historic barns whispers a reminder of quiet strength and timeless beauty. As the sun sets, laughter and easy conversation fill the air. The sparkle of lights and the glow of an evening fire fill the night sky and bring a close to a perfect wedding day, overflowing with memories to cherish for a lifetime.

The “little sister” of the Grand Barn, the Tobacco Barn can certainly hold its own when it comes to beauty and craftsmanship. Recently restored, this gem offers a bridal couple a unique venue for their ceremony or the perfect back up plan in case of inclement weather. Boasting gorgeous white beams accented with the original antique hardware and the most incredible floor and stage area you could imagine. Just as they did for drying the tobacco that hung from the rafters, large hinged panels and small louvers prop open and make this a unique showpiece that just cannot be found elsewhere.

Grand Barn
It’s your love story. Tell it well.
As the only truly historically preserved barn in the tri-state area, the Grand Barn is a gem. Built in 1820 with rafters reaching 35 feet high and over 3600 square feet of floor space it is the perfect melding of rustic elements and elegant accents. The ivory ceiling draping falls in soft romantic billow as it hangs from rafters high above. The sparkle of chandelier lighting adds the perfect touch.

The gardens, at Stoltzfus Homestead and Gardens, feature a delightful blend of colors, fragrances, textures and sounds. Immerse yourself in the romantic hues of floral blooms and the lushness of textured greenery. The Wedding Garden borders the Homestead’s historic Tobacco Barn and provides a very private, spacious area for a picturesque outdoor ceremony. The Meadow Garden has an organic, rustic feel, and borders the back of the Grand Barn.

Outdoor Lounge & Courtyard

Our beautiful outdoor lounge has the perfect blend of industrial chic elements to draw guests in for a relaxing hang out space. Gorgeous concrete, wood and metal decor coupled with super comfy furniture allows guests to mingle and chat during cocktail hour or throughout the reception without missing any of the action happening in the main venue. Our Courtyard area is in the center of all the action so lawn games can be enjoyed throughout the day and guests can relax by the wood burning fire in the evening. This is the perfect spot to enjoy our vintage camper photo booth and a fun food truck. The sparkle of string lights fills the entire area with an ambiance that mingles perfectly with the music flowing from the open doors of the barn creating a wonderful experience for you and your guests.

A Dream Venue!
Choosing Stoltzfus Homestead and Gardens was the best decision we made for our wedding. All of the spaces throughout the grounds are stunning, and the moment we saw them, we knew it was the perfect backdrop for our day. What truly sets this venue apart, however, is their incredible staff. The entire team was professional, organized, and attentive from start to finish. Our day of coordinator, Grace, was a dream to work with, handling every detail with precision and grace. The day ran flawlessly, and we felt completely supported every step of the way. We are so grateful for everyone's hard work and for making our wedding day feel so special and stress-free.

From the first time we toured, Dawn immediately made us feel like she and her team would take care of us. They kept us updated every month with all of the necessary information to plan each phase. Ginger (the day of coordinator) was fantastic - all of our guests were so impressed with her and the entire operation! The venue is stunning and we did not have to lift a finger the entire day. I wish we could do it all over again!
Magical Marriage!
Stoltzfus Homestead and Gardens is a magical venue with a supportive and communicative team who will do everything to make your day perfect! As you step foot on the property you are immediately amazed by the meticulous grounds, and then you look up and take in their incredible historical barns that are connected by cozy string lights. You have the opportunity to get married in their beautiful white barn, followed by a cocktail hour in a breath-taking and relaxing oasis of a garden, and then a reception in their larger grand barn with huge open doors that give your guests a unique indoor/outdoor flow. Both barns are open canvases for any decorating style that you could imagine (use Pearls & Petals for the most outstanding flower arrangements - Megan is their daughter!), and the gardens are naturally beautiful. You can incorporate levels of DIY decorating, but they have their own "prop shop" with endless options of decor from how to display flowers during the ceremony, to fabrics and centerpiece features for the reception (their son Matt is constantly creating incredible pieces, and he works carefully with you to bring your look to life!). Even more fun is the extra experiences that you can rent through them, like a photo booth in an old camper, a s'mores station at a fire pit, and a sparkler exit! They think of everything, and they're open to other ideas to make your day just as you dreamed! Their team is a well-oiled machine who walks you through the planning process with detailed email newsletter-like updates with timeline suggestions, while also always being available for questions that they answer quickly and thoroughly. On your day they're prepared for any hiccup, but they'll handle things with grace and ease, to a level that you'll never know if something went wrong for a moment. They have rainy backup plans too, but somehow their grassy cocktail gardens absorb even days of rain prior like you'll never believe. We were able to take in every ounce of their grounds just as we hoped, including first look photos in their special "secret garden" behind beautiful wooden doors, sunset photos on their hillside overlooking everything, a quiet moment on their fun large swing, and then a private last dance while guests gathered for the sparkler exit. Of course the day goes by quickly, but by hosting the whole day with them, and using their decorating services, you get to take it at the perfect pace and you're supported and cared for throughout it all. We can't wait to take every opportunity to return and relish in the memories made there; you're forever family there, and it's felt from the first time you visit!
Best Wedding Venue!
We had the BEST experience with having our wedding here. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and there are so many great options for ceremony spaces. It is also the perfect venue for any type of weather - rain or shine there is no stressing about your wedding day. The getting ready bridal suite was so spacious and beautiful. Dawn and Brian are the nicest people and their staff was exceptional. Having the “prop shop” is such a plus - we live out of state and didn’t have to worry about buying and bringing in all of our decor and furniture because it is all there for you! This venue is so organized with the planning process and know exactly how to make your day run smoothly. Every one of our guests commented on how beautiful the property and landscaping was. Having their preferred vendors list was also so nice because each vendor already knew how to best set up for the space. Communication with each person at this venue is prompt and they truly want to help you make your day happen the way you want it to. I am so grateful we chose to get married at Stoltzfus and HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone considering. Best choice we made!!
