The Historic Blum Barn is located just minutes outside Ann Arbor, 400 feet off an asphalt road, and 800 feet from the nearest neighbor to ensure the perfect amount of privacy for your special event. With three ceremony sites to choose from, this rustic event space is sure to make your wedding event incredible.

The Meeting House Grand Ballroom is a single event wedding and banquet facility located in downtown Plymouth. It has been family owned and operated since 1965. We are well known for our exceptional food, service, and attention to detail. Our ballroom features three crystal chandeliers, high ceilings, & original wood floors.

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those.
