Standard wedding packages start around $130.00 per guest. All menus and packages are customizable! All food and beverage charges listed with the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Wedding Package are subject to current taxes and service charges. Your final balance is due 10 business days prior to your wedding with your final guest count number due no less than 3 business days prior to your wedding.
Yes! Our food and beverage experts are happy to create a menu that reflects your wishes. Our experienced team will work with you to fulfill your requests.
Of course. A complete tasting of all the selected menu items, including your cake, will be scheduled with your Hyatt Wedding Coordinator and our Executive Chef several weeks prior to your wedding. Up to four guests are permitted at the tasting. At that time, we can make any necessary adjustments.
Generally, a wedding reception is planned for four hours. You can extend the time if desired. Your Hyatt Wedding Coordinator will advise any additional costs for the additional time.
