I’m James Henderson, and this business is my passion project. I’ve spent about eight years refining our dough, and I still obsess over the three things that make or break a pizza: dough, sauce, and cheese. That obsession is at the heart of everything we do. We bring a brick oven imported from Italy to your venue and bake extra-large 18-inch pizzas on site, served buffet style. Packages include your choice of pizzas, with add-ons like a fresh salad and a drink station, plus vegan options and gluten-free crust for gluten-sensitive guests.
