Rehearsal Dinner of My Dreams!
I couldn’t recommend Groovin Gourmet enough; From the start of planning to final execution, plating, and service, Groovin’ absolutely killed every single element. Kaylyn and team handled our June 5 rehearsal dinner and delivered seamlessly. We had a wonderful tasting in the months prior, with full plating and presentation, welcome Champagne, and even a reserved parking spot. They carefully accounted for all rental selections and allergy restrictions, ensuring no detail was overlooked. On top of this, the dinner was held in quite a narrow arbor, making for a more challenging service. Once again- not a single detail was missed and the team handled any obstacle with ease. And most importantly, the food was incredible- they listened carefully to our vision, proposed a tailored menu, and brought it to life in the most perfect way possible. We are so appreciative of Groovin’ Gourmet and thank you, especially, to Kaylyn! Our wedding weekend was that much more memorable because of you!

The Groovin team was incredible to work with for my wedding! Everyone complimented the food, especially the passed apps, the entire night. Groovin prepared fun little surprises throughout (good surprises that I wont spoil) that were such a meaningful touch. They executed my vision perfectly and, in a venue with a bit of a time crunch, sailed smoothly through the set up. We included a traditional cookie table of baked goods brought by the guests, which other caterers we talked to flat out refused to help with us, but Groovin had experience with it before, kept it organized, displayed them beautifully, and even helped our coordinator pack some up for us to enjoy when we got to our hotel at the end of the evening. Every person was lovely to work with and worked well with all my other vendors. We loved having Kaylyn as our rep. She always friendly, understanding, and quick to make any change or answer any questions. Overall, they were the perfect catering team and we couldn’t be happier with our choice!

Great Experience with Groovin Gourmets
The food was great, and so was the service! Groovin Gourmets was excellent to work with, answered all my questions, and let us change things as needed! Everyone at the wedding complimented our food! GG did a wonderful job of making sure that time and my husband ate on our wedding day, saving drinks and apps for us and even packing us a goodie bag of our desserts. This was very thoughtful and much appreciated! I would recommend Groovin Gourmets to anyone planning an event in Richmond!

From the very first interaction with Groovin' Gourmets, we were impressed by their professionalism and commitment to making our wedding day perfect. Their communication was prompt and thorough, providing us with helpful advice every step of the way. On the day of, their knowledgeable staff went above and beyond, even helping with our desserts from a separate vendor and leaving the sweetest card and goodie basket for us as the happy couple. The service from their coordinators and servers was stellar all around - they truly made our wedding celebration a seamless and enjoyable experience.
