My mother passed away two months before the wedding and he texted me a sweet message expressing his condolences when he found out and was incredibly respectful when I asked if he could take pictures of us visiting my mother’s grave after the ceremony. “Jesus was phenomenal to work with and overall Heras Creative LLC went beyond any epectations we could have had. First ande foremost he was very easy tonwork with as we wanted to make sure we had a LGBTQ friendly photgrapher! No complaints no issues there. He treated us like any other client. Also the pricing, wow! we went with their wedding package. It's fair, actually it much more than fair for the quality of the product, customer service, and overall professionalism that you recieve. Jesus is approachable, knowledgeable, and skilled. Taking photos and posing can be awkward but it felt very organic under his instruction. Plus the pictures, gosh were they pretty. If he makes a recommendation for the time of day, pose, or lighting PLEASE take it! Our guests LOVED every picture. You won't regret it. Our court had nothing but positive feedback. “I without a doubt did the right thing by hiring Jones Media and choosing both Regina (photographer) and Kevin (videographer) to shoot our vow renewal at Paddlefish at Disney Springs in Orlando, FL. They both brought the energy and the hype, and they have the absolute best personalities. They were incredibly professional the entire time, and I had no idea that they had never worked together before my event! They collaborated seamlessly, bouncing ideas off one another and making everything even more perfect. They honestly didn’t feel like hired vendors—they felt like guests we invited who were having just as much fun as we were, while still staying completely on task. To top it off, they are complete lifesavers. The night before our renewal, we hit a major hiccup. Due to a last-minute policy change at our Disney resort, our third-party vendors were suddenly not permitted on the property. With no other choice, I had to cancel our resort reservations late at night and move everything back to my parents' timeshare. I immediately messaged Kevin and Regina about the last-minute location change. The next morning, they both showed up right on time and completely ready to go. Because we kept our original timeline, the new location meant we were a little farther away from the venue, but neither Kevin nor Regina ever made us feel rushed. We just pivoted, and they went completely above and beyond—even staying a little past their scheduled end time to make up for the chaos the night before. “We had the most amazing time working with Ali! We had kind of a long engagement and we initially started working with Ali over a year and a half before our wedding to get our engagement photos done. Not only were the photos beautiful, but Ali made us feel super comfortable and at ease throughout our session. Leading up to our wedding day, Ali was amazing at coordinating the day of timeline with our coordinator and making sure that all the elements that were important to us were included so that we had enough time to capture the moments. One of my favorite things about working with Ali is her calm presence. “Isaac was absolutely fantastic to work with, and we couldn't be happier we chose Love Knot Photography for our wedding. From the start, what stood out was how much he cared about capturing the actual feeling of the day rather than just working through a checklist of poses. He and his co-photographer had a great eye for the in-between moments — the little glances, the laughter, the chaos of getting ready — alongside all the formal shots we expected. Looking through our gallery afterward, so many of our favorite photos are ones we didn't even know were being taken. He was also just easy and calm to have around on a hectic day, which mattered more than we realized it would. Weddings move fast, and having a photographer who was unobtrusive but always exactly where he needed to be took one more thing off our minds. One of the things we appreciated most: he and his co-photographer stayed well past the time included in our package, all the way until we started dancing. That extra stretch of time meant they captured some of the best — and funniest — photos of the whole night, catching our friends and family completely in their element on the dance floor. It wasn't something we asked for; they just wanted to make sure they got the shots. Isaac also went well beyond the package once it came to editing. Our contract included 300 retouched photos, but we ended up with around 550 edited images and 717 total files between web and print resolution, including alternate crops and versions of several favorites. It's clear he genuinely cared about giving us as much of the day as possible, not just fulfilling a contract. We're so glad we chose Love Knot Photography, and we'll be treasuring these photos for years to come. “We planned our wedding from all the way across the country (Florida to California) so we already had challenges.
