As we got closer to the day, she took over full management of vendor communications and helped troubleshoot and provide options for a problematic vendor last minute a week before the wedding. The day of the wedding Leshelle, was right in the actions ensuring all the vendors strictly adhered to our time schedule. Our wedding day couldn’t have gone smoother and that is a direct reflection of Leshelle’s actions. Even more than that we felt like we had a true friend and ally during the whole process as time and time again, Leshelle acted as both a sounding board and steady hand that provided reassurance during the most stressful times of planning. Our only regret is that we didn’t take advantage of her full planning service package!

We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!

For such an elaborate wedding decor, not only were the arrangements cost efficient but also flexible for the couple to manage. The renewal was almost 2 months ago and to this very day, people are still reeling from day! Constant compliments and applause.
