We hosted our daughter’s wedding reception at the Oak Barn at Loyalty. Beautiful venue and a wonderful couple to plan a wedding / reception with. Barb and Ernie are detail oriented, personally engaged and I felt fully invested in the success of our event. They also have a list of “approved/suggested vendors” to work with making the process real overly easy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a venue.

We had a wonderful experience with The Oak Barn at Loyalty. The venue itself is beautiful and very well maintained, but what really stood out to us was working with Ernie and Barb. They are warm, responsive, organized, and clearly care a lot about making sure each couple has a great wedding day. They were very detail-oriented and knowledgeable about the logistics and setup, and they proactively coordinated with our other vendors to make sure everything came together smoothly. Some of their rules were a bit strict in our opinion, so we recommend reading through the contract for all the details, but we were able to work with them to find some flexibility while still keeping everything well managed, which we appreciated. They were always happy to offer suggestions based on their experience, but at the same time respected our decisions and made us feel like it was truly our wedding and we could make the choices that felt right for us. We were very happy with how everything turned out and really appreciated having Ernie and Barb there to help everything run smoothly on the day.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the Oak Barn at Loyalty! This was not a first marriage for my husband and me, so we didn’t have all of the traditional aspects of a wedding. We wanted a brief wedding ceremony, but wanted to focus on visiting with our family and friends. Barb and Ernie were so helpful with suggestions in making our wedding/reception just what we wanted and to run as smoothly as possible. They are extremely professional and present all expectations and guidelines up front, so there are no surprises down the road. The venue is absolutely beautiful! The barn itself is spacious, clean, warm, and inviting. Our wedding was in late July with hot temperatures. The barn is climate-controlled and was very comfortable. The outdoor spaces including the courtyard, sitting area, and grounds around the barn offer ample space for guests to mingle and be comfortable during your event. There was plenty of parking space for our guests. The view from the barn is spectacular as well, with a beautiful sunset view. They have many dining tables, chairs, cocktail tables, and display tables in stock. We had 66 guests, a welcome table, a guest book table, dessert table, and a take-home snack/water table and we did not have to provide or rent any additional tables or chairs. We could not have been happier with our experience at the Oak Barn and will have such sweet memories of our wedding and time spent with family and friends.

The Oak Barn at Loyalty is an absolutely beautiful wedding venue! The property is stunning, with gorgeous views and an elegant barn that creates the perfect atmosphere for a wedding. Barb and Ernie are so kind, organized, and truly care about making every event special. Everything was well maintained, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend The Oak Barn at Loyalty to anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable wedding venue.

We had such a wonderful experience at the oak barn. The venue is absolutely beautiful and I think the photos speak for themselves. There are so many spots set up for picturesque moments, from the ceremony site to the grand entrance and exit, to the patio lit up at night, and so much more. There were flowers in bloom perfectly placed for our first look, and arches inside and outside ready to be decorated. We had ceremony flowers transferred for the reception and we were allowed to decorate the rafters as well. What you can’t see is that the owners Barb and Ernie are awesome. They were extremely friendly and communicative and always made themselves available for any questions we had. They have a very curated list of vendors they’ve worked with before, which was long enough that it didn’t feel restrictive but really helped us streamline the process because without a starting point, the number of vendors out there is totally overwhelming. We could tell that our planner and caterer knew them well and they were familiar with the venue, which I think helped things run smoothly on our day. The fact that the barn has both heat and A/C gave us so much peace of mind, and even in April things got warm enough that we had cool things down as the evening went on. Barb and Ernie let us bury a bourbon bottle on site a month out from our wedding, a tradition that is supposed to ensure good weather and keep the rain away. The weather on our wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect, and digging it up was a really fun and special part of the day. They were very accommodating to special requests. They don’t usually allow bands, but we wanted to have a live jazz band on the patio for our cocktail hour and they let us. They also let us schedule visits as much as we wanted, so I was able to show my bridesmaids the venue on the way to my bachelorette trip. There are lots of lovely venues out there, but the vendors you choose to work with make just as much of an impact. You spend one day having your wedding, but months and months under contract with them during the planning process. We couldn’t be happier with the venue itself and the experience we had leading up to the wedding.
