A DMV/Panhandle of WV Full Service Wedding Planner. I am a hopeless romantic with a passion for organizing and planning—naturally leading me to become a wedding planner. I’ve worked in the events/wedding industry since 2016 and love the hustle of a wedding day! My goal is to bring your vision to life and make the planning process stress-free. Personally, my husband Kyle and I welcomed our first baby boy in August 2024 and are expecting a baby girl to arrive August of 2026. We also have three crazy Cocker Spaniels! We love to travel and try new restaurants.

We assist you with everything in the planning process from start to finish. From vendor selection and budget management to timeline creation. Full planning ensures that you have us by your side through all of it!

Big decisions have been made and you’ve selected some of your vendors. At this point, you’d like to hand everything over to someone else to manage moving forward so you can sit back, relax, and prepare to walk down the aisle.

You desire to handle the entire planning process yourself but want to hand over the reins prior to the big day. Our job is to step in and coordinate the final details and manage all of the logistics for your event. We want you to stay present in the moment.

    Casey Hill Events was an incredible wedding coordinator for our special day. From the start, their communication style was flexible, organized, effective and responsive. The quality of their work and the value they provided was truly detailed, diligent and intentional. When we had a few major hiccups, Casey stayed calm and supportive, listening to what we wanted and supporting our decisions without hesitation. Casey was incredibly detail-oriented, planning with real intention and staying organized from start to finish. Every important part of the day was mapped out and executed exactly the way we pictured it. Casey was fun, easy to work with, and understood our vision right away.     Stress Free Day-of Coordination

    Casey was so great to work with and made our wedding day a breeze! We used her Day of Coordination services, but she started helping with our planning process months ahead, and the organization paid off! The Casey Hill Event team did wonderfully setting up all our DIY decor and was a great liaison to our vendors. Would certainly recommend!

    Went Above and Beyond

    Casey and her team were absolutely amazing! I was looking for a wedding planner and happened to meet Casey at the bridal expo in DC. After a quick consultation, I knew she was the one. We used her services for day of coordination, but she started a few months prior to my wedding. She helped with the timeline provided excellent feedback, was always available, extremely organized, and detail oriented. She absolutely went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful we had her as a planner.

As a wedding coordinator, I only take on one wedding per day to ensure that you receive my full attention and support throughout your entire event. My priority is to be fully present for you, from setup to send-off, without any distractions or time constraints caused by other bookings. That said, I may coordinate more than one wedding over a weekend—but never in a way that compromises the quality of service I provide. Each couple deserves a seamless, stress-free experience, and I carefully manage my schedule to make that happen. Your wedding day is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and I treat it with the care, focus, and dedication it deserves.
You’ll be working directly with me as your Lead Planner throughout the entire planning process. I’ll be your main point of contact from our first meeting all the way through to your wedding day, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully planned and executed. On the day of your wedding, I’ll have an event assistant with me to help manage logistics, oversee setup, and support the timeline behind the scenes. This allows us to be in two places at once if needed—making sure everything runs smoothly!
The time we spend together depends on the level of planning service you book. Full Planning: Meeting frequently for vendor selections, budget review, and overall planning. Connecting every few weeks and with ongoing communication throughout the process. Partial Planning: We’ll collaborate more selectively, focusing on the areas where you need the most support. Check-ins are based on your planning milestones, with more frequent communication as the wedding approaches. Day-Of Coordination: We’ll begin working closely together about 6 months out to review your plans, confirm vendor details and build a detailed timeline.
