Includes a Day of Coordinator to execute the day. A two tier cake w/ cupcakes and cookies from a delicious local bakery. The catering provides delivery, setup, serving, cleanup, cocktail hour appetizers, entree and tea. Bar includes insured bartender, coolers, cups, ice, and service for four hours. You will provide beer and wine as NC Law requires this. Mismatched china or clear china. Florals for all the important people, the arch & simple table florals.

Place was beautiful. Open country, nice buildings. The black hair lady was very rude to the Grooms family as if we didn't belong there. Started cleaning b4 time was up. Forced kids and elderly woman back outside. Just a nasty person.
Ashley Lineberry•Jan 29, 2026We are glad you found the venue to be beautiful. It is really hard for vendors to pick out the groom's family verses the bride's family. Sometimes alcohol can play a role in how vendors are treated by guests and how guests receive communication. As far as forcing guests back outside - it was time for the sendoff, and everyone was gathering outside for this portion of the night. These are details that are planned weeks in advance by the couple, and all any vendor ever tries to do is make the couples day everything they wanted it to be. The bride has communicated with us and expressed that she had a fantastic wedding, was appreciative of it all and married life is treating them well.

Venue review
The venue itself was beautiful and the staff on-site the day of were wonderful — the space truly made for an amazing wedding atmosphere. Our venue coordinator, Madeleine, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process, and I’m so grateful for her support. Unfortunately, my overall experience was soured by the owner’s poor communication and attitude- Ashley. Important details that should have been discussed over the phone were instead sent via text in a way that came across as demeaning and unprofessional. The tone in the text messages would’ve been better communicated over the phone. I was even sent incorrect payment amounts via text before she checked her records, which added unnecessary stress leading up to the wedding. On the morning of my wedding, she approached me and my husband about issues we had not previously been made aware of, which brought an unfortunate bit of negativity to an otherwise special day. Things that were definitely necessary to bring to our attention, but not the appropriate time- at all. Once she asked if we knew about the situation, and we said no, she should’ve handled it with our vendor she had an issue with. She also wasn’t accommodating regarding transportation for photos on the property, and when my arch flowers fell, she stated it wasn’t her responsibility. To top it off, my bridesmaids noticed her helping herself to a piece of cake during the reception, which felt inappropriate. Overall, the venue and team (aside from the owner) were 5/5 — it’s a shame the experience was overshadowed by the owner’s lack of professionalism and care.

We're so happy to hear that you loved the space and that our team helped create such a special celebration. Just to clarify for anyone reading, for our client's convenience we offer texting or phone calls and are happy to communicate however you prefer. On the morning of the wedding, I did speak with the couple regarding a very serious issue that had occurred in the kitchen during their rehearsal dinner the night before. There was a fire that had not been reported to me, and since the bride hired the vendor (caterer), it had to be discussed. I later learned that a family member caused the fire, which understandably made the situation more personal. Unfortunately, that necessary conversation seems to have created some hard feelings, but it needed to be addressed quickly, so that the day could go on beautifully from there. In the end, their wedding was absolutely beautiful, full of love, laughter, and memories that will last a lifetime. We are so glad they enjoyed the venue and our amazing team.

The Best Day Ever!!
I can’t brag on this venue enough!! I had my wedding here on May 28th, 2025 and it was everything I ever dreamed of!! The beautiful scenery, along with all of the decor was magnificent!! The venue owner (Ashley) is such a kind person who truly loves what she does. She is such a good communicator and was so helpful throughout the whole process! They exceeded my expectations and blew it out of the water!! The set up was AMAZING!! Everything I had ever dreamed of!! Ashley is so professional, passionate and thoughtful, and it really shows! This venue offers such beautiful scenery in every direction you look. This venue is truly one of a kind!! Thank you so much to this amazing place, I could not recommend them enough!!!

Best night ever!
We fell absolutely in love with this venue! Ashley took the time to get to know us on our initial tour and the space felt very inviting. We did the all-inclusive package and felt that communication was great throughout the entire process. Would love to shout out Bethany, our day of coordinator, I truly did not feel any stress the entire day of. She took care of everything and we couldn't be more thankful. Overall, get married here, it's beautiful, quiet, inviting, and budget friendly!

Amazing venue and staff!
My daughter and I came to this venue after visiting many but after talking to Ashley we knew we had found the perfect place. She was easy to talk to, was willing to make my daughter's wedding dreams come to life, and she was just as excited for the day as my daughter was (It is clear she loves what she does). Instantly felt like she was a friend of the family. The backdrop to this venue is stunning with rolling, well-manicured fields and a pond enhanced by sunrises and sunsets. Like a romance novel come to life. The barn is the perfect place to join families together, create memories, and find peace in a hectic day. Ashley gives her brides the opportunity to plan and practice with special "venue practice" days. So helpful and she has so many decor items for brides to use from their warehouse (which is included). But she allows brides to bring whatever is in their vision. The bridal suite is dreamy, roomy, and you can tell Ashley knows what the bride will need. The furniture and chandeliers are so elegant for pictures. The groom's suite was the perfect masculine vibe with a pool table and access to gaming fun... again so much attention to details. Even the restrooms are on trend and very clean. Amazing venue, the sweetest staff that work hard from beginning to end, and Ashley was there to calm the nerves while attending to anything we needed. She is the absolute BEST! God has given her a gift and it is seen in her mission at Emerald Hill. You should check this place out for your wedding or special event... it truly is a sight to experience. The price is affordable and fair for all that is included. I am so glad my daughter found and chose this place for her special day. Whether your wedding is inside or outside, The Emerald Hill venue, the staff and the owner, Ashley will not disappoint.
