About this venue
Welcome to the Barn at Wildwood Acres! A Wedding Venue like no other. While we have full knowledge of the fact that we are not the only wedding venue around, we can say that we fully invest in couples that decide to book with us! We do not just provide the venue but we also provide an experience that allows us to get to know our couples and their families so we can help out throughout the entire wedding process. In addition, our venue provides an opportunity for all our to enjoy the beauty of the natural wood – inside and out, the beautiful, always flowing creek and pond, and the togetherness of all our amenities in one area.

The Barn at Wildwood Acres is a one-of-a-kind, rustic event venue that offers a total of 9,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor venue space perfect for hosting weddings, receptions, birthday parties and more! Situated just a couple miles off Interstate 40, its location provides convenient access for your guests as well as southern hospitality from the quiet countryside. The venue consists of an indoor reception area which can also act as an indoor ceremony area, a separate outdoor ceremony area, an indoor cocktail room with an optional bar, a prep kitchen, a spacious bridal suite and a men’s lounge, all of which overlook the pond that will make the perfect backdrop for your outdoor wedding. Our indoor and outdoor ceremony area both seat 175 individuals comfortably. We offer a few options for venue packages depending on the day of the event.

Now we are able to do that and create relationships with people in the community and continue to grow!

Awesome
Kelsey is awesome and answers any and all questions you have. She made our wedding day run smoothly all day. Wes is the officiant and he was great! The entire day was perfect and they do many occasions. They are also super affordable and have a lot of great recommendations for vendors! The dj and photographer and seamstress they recommended were awesome along with the catering. I would definitely use them for any major events again! Not to mention the ceremony can be held inside or out and both areas are beautiful!

From our first inquiry to the final moment of our reception, the team at The Barn at Wildwood Acres was quick to respond and answer every question we had. We felt like we got incredible value for the amount of space the venue provided, which made it an easy choice for our budget. What really impressed us was how the staff consistently checked in throughout the day and helped us navigate any bumps in the road that came up. They stayed attentive and flexible, making sure everything ran smoothly without us having to stress. Amazing Wedding Venue
This venue has it all. It is has a great rustic look and feel. The outside ceremony site over looks a beautiful pond, surrounding by great scenery. The indoor space is big, which allows for plenty of room if weather permits and you need an indoor ceremony at the last second! Oh, and the cocktail room is separate from the main room, which is great for the wedding crowd to really spread out during cocktail hour! You have to see the bridal suite.. I'm not sure there are many that can compare. This venue has a full service bar as well so you can get just about any drink you want. The staff are incredibly friendly and hardworking. I definitely recommend this venue!

From the very first inquiry, the owners provided quick responses and detailed information, even allowing us to communicate via text. The venue itself was spacious, climate-controlled, and thoughtfully sectioned to accommodate our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The owners truly went above and beyond to make our special day perfect, ensuring every detail was attended to.
