Main Hall

The space truly can fit any vision and is easily customizable, featuring simple and modern touches.

This space features built in bars on either side of the 3,500 square foot room, nestled into the expansive vineyard. Layouts with in-house furniture are fully customizable to fit your vision. Two garage doors open to the 4,000 square foot patio to bring your guests directly into the vineyard.

No, all alcohol and beverage service must go through Stoller Family Estate. As your dedicated Willamette Valley wedding venue, we pour exclusively from the Stoller Wine Group portfolio, including Stoller Family Estate and Chehalem Wines, so your Oregon wine country wedding features estate-grown, award-winning wines curated for your reception bar.
Yes! We have ample on-site parking for you and your guests, plus plenty of space for buses and shuttles if you'd like to arrange group transportation.
Yes, our venue is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps at the main entrance, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and staff trained to assist guests as needed.
Your rental fee includes setup and cleanup, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, linens, and a dedicated staffing team.
Venue access begins at 9am, events must end by 10pm, one hour after the end of the event is available for load out. Additional hours for setup or break down can be purchased.
Deposit is fully refundable six months prior to your date, from there, depending on the cancellation date, you will be charged a percentage of the anticipated final balance. If cancelled within 30 days you will be charged 100% of the full estimated charges.
Yes, you are required to get general liability insurance for the period of your facility rental.
Yes, you are required to have a wedding planner with at least 1 month of services. We are happy to provide some recommendations!
No. We are happy to provide you with vendors we have worked with for a variety of services.
Yes! As a full-service winery wedding venue, our in-house culinary team works directly with you to craft a custom, farm-to-table menu for your wedding day, all included in your catering package.
Yes! We have a full liquor license and can provide services ranging from signature drinks, a full bar, or beer and wine.
