Hey! I’m Heather, I'm a film & nostalgia inspired documentary photographer based in Oregon. I photograph weddings with both film and digital mediums, and thrive most with clients who are invested in staying present during their wedding day & hold dear all the precious moments that happen.

I shoot with a documentary style on both film and digital cameras through the day to capture every moment as authentically as possible. Galleries present as genuine memories from the day with nostalgia & timelessness as threads throughout the work. Wedding photos are an art, & I present galleries with that in mind.

    I had been looking to book a photographer for my wedding in Oregon for quite some time. I'd followed a few local photographers, and searched extensively through various wedding destination groups, utilizing resources like Wedding Wire and Zola, as well. I caution anyone looking to book with Heather. I found her through a few mutual connections on social media and came across comments she had made to other photographers in public groups belittling them and their work, and accusing the discounts they are offering for weddings in specific destinations as scam. I'm sure this goes unnoticed by many looking to book photographers, but in such a personalized industry that relies so heavily on the respect and trust between vendors and clients, as well as a high expectation of care for the work they produce, to treat colleagues and others in your industry with such uncalled for disrespect is both alarming and concerning. I am no longer considering booking Heather for our wedding, let alone any other services.
