There is a paid lot next door to the building. You can make a reservation with spothero. On the street in front of our building is paid meter parking which works well for outside vendors.

We can book anywhere from 5 hours to 12 hours based on your needs and we can quote according to how much space you would like and what your final guest count will be. Let us know how we can best accommodate your event.

Yes, you can bring in what you like as long as you do not sell on site. And, you must have liquor liability covered when you provide your certificate of insurance.

Our building is located 12 miles away from LaGuardia Airport and 15 miles from JFK Airport. You can reach our venue by public transportation via the subway or train, or by private car or taxi.

Yes, we require a certificate for general liability. You can purchase a one time use certificate to include liquor liability at theeventhelper.com.
