Saturday rentals generally start at $3,000. Pricing can vary for Friday/Sunday dates or off-peak seasons, so it's best to check directly with the venue coordinator for current specials.
To lock in your date, you must pay 50% of the rental fee plus a $500 refundable security deposit at contract signing. The security deposit is returned within 30 days after the event, provided there is no damage.
The venue comfortably seats 192 guests with a designated dance floor. If extra seating is needed, the dance floor space can expand capacity up to 224 guests. Outdoor tenting on the 7-acre lawn is also an option for larger gatherings.
Weddings require using one of the venue’s preferred catering partners (such as CK Catering or Classic Catering) unless an outside licensed/insured caterer is submitted and approved in advance by the Event Coordinator.
You are free to bring in any DJ, photographer, florist, or baker of your choice. You simply need to provide vendor names and contact details to the venue prior to the wedding. Rentals (tents, specialty decor) must go through their preferred rental partner (Taylor Rental).
