Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff. The Dolphin Room is the only room that is stairs only.
We offer a food and beverage minimum with includes the food, beverages, set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens. We do not charge a room fee or bartending fee.
Your reservation includes three hours. Each additional hour per room is $250++. You can come in 1.5 hours prior for setup and 1 hour for clean up.
• Seven (7) days prior to the Event, one hundred percent (100%) of the greater of (i) the amount invoiced by Restaurant as full-prepayment for the Event, or (ii) the sum of the Food and Beverage Minimum plus banquet fee. • Sixty (60) to eight (8) days prior to the Event, fifty percent (50%) of the greater of (i) the amount invoiced by Restaurant as full-prepayment for the Event, or (ii) the sum of the F&B Min. • Date of signing to sixty one (61) days prior to the Event, twenty five percent (25%) of the greater of (i) the amount invoiced by Restaurant as full-prepayment for the Event, or (ii) the sum of the Food and Beverage Minimum.
