I'm an inclusive photographer, working hard to tell your honest story through photographs. I welcome people from all walks of life. I don't welcome assholes -- bigots be damned. My Philosophy? I believe in capturing the big moments, but the small moments too. I believe in being true to yourself and true to each other. I believe in capturing true emotions, both good and bad. I believe that photographs are keys that can unlock the past after years have gone by, and that looking at the past is how we move towards the future.

I'm not just a photographer-- I am a friend, planner, confidant, project manager, and advocate. I'll always be looking out for you and sharing all of my best resources so that you have the day of your dreams. Clients have described me as a photo ninja--I am able to be everywhere the action is happening without intruding on your moment. You can trust that the day will be documented and your story told without having to worry about "being on stage" or worrying about someone interrupting the flow of your day.

    Meghan did such an amazing job photographing our snowy October wedding and capturing special moments! She was so prepared and so easy to communicate with for what photos we wanted and what she would recommend. She also had some great ideas for really neat shots that we adore! We have already recommended her to some of our engaged friends.

    We booked Meghan for our wedding in October of 2023 with her gold package and I'm so thankful we did. Before we booked with her, she was very communicative and made sure we spoke on the phone before going forward with anything. She made sure we knew each of her packages in and out and helped us pick the best one for our wedding while making sure she could provide the best experience and quality for our wedding. A little closer to the day, she sent us a very thorough checklist to make sure we got every photo we wanted and more. The day of, she showed up early with our second photographer and was very flexible throughout the day even when we changed things last minute. She also kept us on time and made us feel comfortable with what we wanted and how we wanted it. Overall the experience was as incredible as the photos and both me and my husband can say without a doubt that there wasn't a better photographer for our day!

    Meghan is absolutely amazing! Not only is she so kind and down to earth, she is full of life and brings so much to every photo shoot. At our wedding, Meghan offered professionalism and made all of my photo dreams come true (including capturing wedding photos with our beloved dog who has now passed on - photos we will forever cherish!). In the planning process, she had so many amazing suggestions and reminded us that the day is about us and our love when things got tough. She’s an amazing photographer and a blast to work with! You won’t regret hiring her!

    If you are looking for the stress-free, fair-priced, and perfect shot, Meghan Blanton Photography is your fit. Meghan managed to capture our special day better than I could have dreamed. She was extremely responsive, articulate and really listened to what I wanted. She was able to get all of the pictures we asked for (including our family and friend requests) and pictures I didn't know I needed. Every shot brought me back to that moment. Meghan's thoughtfulness radiates through her photos. One thing that really stood out to me and my guests is Meghan and her team blended right in with the wedding. Neither my guests or family ever felt like the photos were intruding on the important moments and that really meant a lot to me. Once it was all said and done, Meghan and her team wasted no time editing the photos and promptly sharing them to me via an easily accessible dropbox link. To this day, I can still access that link and share any of the high quality photos with my family. I will most certainly be contacting Meghan Blanton Photography in the future for her impeccable services.
