One hundred years after the last whiskey distillery in Manhattan shut its doors, Great Jones Distilling Co. is bringing this iconic spirit back to the Big Apple. Our home at 686 Broadway in the NoHo neighborhood of Manhattan is a monument to the rich culture of Prohibition-era New York, and a celebration of whiskey — past and present. The spirit of New York drives everything we do. It’s why we use 100% New York-sourced ingredients in our craft whiskeys, and it’s what inspires us to deliver experiences worthy of the best of our city. Tucked away below street level near where we found a supposed Prohibition era rum runner’s tunnel. you will find our exclusive Speakeasy,

Our secret tasting room is designed for sampling whiskeys and enjoying a variety of exquisitely paired courses with elevated house-made cocktails

Our Speakeasy rental fee starts at $2,000 for two hours and $500 per additional hour. Pending availability, there is the option to add on our Barrel Room for $5,000 (pictured below).

The Distillery

    A great experience at a wonderful venue

    The events team here made this a fantastic experience (shoutout to Michelle.) The staff is professional, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The space is upscale and comfortable which also makes for beautiful events.
