Hi, welcome to Timeless Events, where your vision is our passion. Our priority is to create a stress-free, memorable celebration, whether it's a large or intimate wedding. We are here for your event coordination from the beginning or on the day of the event. We did our first events in 2025, including a big wedding, and we look forward to planning even more events in 2026. We will make your event memorable and stress-free by creating a timeline, managing vendors, and getting to know you personally so that we can cater to your specific vision and needs. I am very detail-oriented and believe in catering to every couple's specific needs to make your wedding day seamless and memorable. I love, love, and the reason I'm pursuing event coordination is because I wished that on my wedding day I could just focus on love, my husband, and my guests. I paid for the extra services, and they still did not deliver. From that day, I promised myself to make it my mission to make sure that no other couple goes through what we went through, by delivering the best wedding planning and coordination to couples with as little stress as possible.

Full-service event planning is working together every step of the way until the big day. We will go over the wedding budget, planning, and complete your website in a timely fashion. Then booking vendors that fit your vision for your special day. Our goal is to make your dream wedding come to life while staying on budget. I will go above and beyond to make sure that your day is as seamless and as beautiful as you imagined.

Venue scouting for small spaces, vendor recommendations (photographers, florists), personalized timeline creation, budget management, and on-site coordination for a stress-free day. Assisting with the necessary paperwork and legal requirements for eloping or a small ceremony, 20-50 guests.

It typically includes vendor recommendations, budget tracking, design assistance, and comprehensive logistics management, finalizing details, and managing the day-of execution.

Wedding day logistics, vendor communication, and timeline execution, allowing couples to enjoy their day stress-free. 4–6 weeks prior to create timelines, conduct rehearsals, and manage setup/teardown. Oversees the schedule to ensure the day flows smoothly. Coordinates ceremony cues and manages reception events like speeches and dances. Handles unexpected issues, emergencies, or last-minute changes.
