Vicki Ross
Plan-it Vicki is the brainchild of Vicki Ross, an experienced, award-winning Event Planner located in Avon, a suburb of Hartford, Connecticut. Vicki has created wonderful celebrations all over Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts. She and her staff provide services for small, intimate dinner parties as well as weddings, and bar and bat mitzvahs.
We limit our services to no more than two events per day, meaning you are assured of getting one of our owners as your day-of coordinator, along with the necessary support staff. This assures our full attention to every detail of your wedding. We do not outsource our planning services in any way.

| Description | Our flat rate covers all planning functions up to wedding day AND day-of wedding coordination. Anything decor or vendor-related purchased through us is charged at a la carte rates. You can purchase anything or everything through us. | The price for event design is included in our flat rate. Amazing!!
Vicki and Jeff exceeded every expectation we could have had. They are two of the kindest and most professional people we have had the pleasure of meeting. The entire planning process and wedding day went smoothly thanks to them. I don't think I would have enjoyed the planning process or my wedding as much as I did without their help and guidance. From day one of our hiring we knew we were in good hands. They connected us to all of our vendors, providing multiple options to choose from ranging in price and vibes so we could find the best fit for us. Vicki and Jeff truly feel like friends in every meeting. It was truly an incredible experience to work with them and we will miss all of the meetings and getting to chat with them. We highly recommend Plan-It Vicki if you’re looking for a fun, stress free experience and the best wedding your friends or family will go to.

Even when small issues came up, I never knew about them because they handled everything so professionally. What’s better than one amazing wedding planner?? How about TWO amazing wedding planners who are happily married themselves?! We got so lucky to end up with Vicki & Jeff on our team. It’s been a few years now since our wedding, but we’re still in touch with them and will forever be grateful for how smooth and special they made our perfect day! These guys are the perfect combination of laid back/down to earth and 100% ON it. Not a single detail was left un-sorted and yet I never felt overwhelmed - a wedding planning dream.
