Full-service planning with unlimited communication and meetings, budget creation and management, venue scouting and walkthroughs, and full vendor sourcing, booking assistance, and contract review. Includes a custom design concept, floor plan development, detailed timeline, RSVP guidance, rehearsal coordination, up to 10 hours of wedding day coverage, lead planner plus assistant, and complete vendor management.

Our partial planning package includes scheduled planning meetings, vendor recommendations and contract guidance, budget review and refinement, and design direction support to bring your vision together. We create your wedding timeline, assist with floor plan development, confirm final vendor details, coordinate your rehearsal and provide up to 8 hours of on-site wedding day coordination with a lead planner and full vendor management on event day.

Our day-of coordination package begins 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding with one final planning meeting and a full review of vendor contracts. We create a custom wedding day timeline, confirm all vendor details, coordinate your rehearsal, and provide up to 8 hours of on-site coordination. From vendor management to seamless timeline execution, we ensure everything runs smoothly so you can be fully present.

Our custom elopement package starts at $250 and is thoughtfully tailored to your unique vision. Whether you’re planning something intimate and simple or romantic and detailed, we’ll create a package that fits your needs, location, and guest count. From timeline creation to vendor coordination and on-site support, we ensure your elopement feels seamless, personal, and stress free.
