It is designed to offer a "blank canvas" feel, blending modern industrial design with rustic natural beauty. A romantic, open-air structure featuring a triangular exposed-beam roof and concrete flooring. Fully covered from the elements and equipped with large industrial fans to manage the Texas heat.

Pricing is categorized into four tiers based on how much of the venue you use and for how long: Platinum ($5,000 – $6,000): Full access (Event Hall, Pavilion, both Suites, Catering space) from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Gold ($4,000): Includes the Event Hall, Suites, and Catering space (10:00 AM – 11:00 PM). Silver ($3,000): Event Hall and Catering space for a shorter window (4–6 hours). Bronze ($2,000): Outdoor Pavilion and Bar only (2–4 hours).
