I'm Bryce LeDuc, founder of DJ BOT, based in Beaumont, TX. I started DJing in 2021, driven by a passion for music and a desire to make every event unforgettable. What began as a love for mixing beats and reading a crowd has grown into Southeast Texas's go-to DJ service for school dances, private parties, corporate gatherings, weddings, and everything in between. I believe every event deserves a soundtrack that fits like a glove. I bring professional-grade sound equipment, dynamic lighting, and a music library spanning every genre, from country to hip-hop, classic rock to today's biggest hits.

What sets DJ BOT apart is service that goes beyond showing up and playing music. I offer complimentary hotel room block coordination for wedding clients, taking a logistical headache off your plate. I also give clients access to an online client portal for music requests, timeline submission, and easy planning, all in one place. The "BOT" in DJ BOT represents technology meeting human creativity: precision and reliability, paired with the energy only a live DJ delivers.     DJ Bot made planning our wedding reception a breeze from start to finish. He asked thoughtful questions about our vision and worked with us to create the perfect night. On the day of, his energy was infectious and he kept the dance floor packed from the first song to the last. It was clear he had the experience to read the room and adjust on the fly, giving us exactly what we wanted. His quick responses throughout the planning process took so much stress off our shoulders. We'd absolutely recommend DJ Bot to any couple looking for a DJ who truly cares about making their reception unforgettable.

I dress to match your event. As part of your planning forms in the client portal, you'll let me know your preferred attire, whether that's a tux, suit, blazer, or business casual, and I'll show up dressed accordingly. For more casual or non-wedding events, I typically wear a polo and shorts unless the occasion calls for something more formal.
Absolutely. Before the event, you'll submit your must-play songs, do-not-play list, and any specific requests through the client portal, so I know exactly what you want to hear. On the day itself, I'm always happy to take guest requests too, and I'll use my read of the crowd to decide when and how to work them in without losing the vibe you've set for the night.
I recommend submitting your music preferences and event timeline through the client portal at least two weeks before your event. That gives me enough time to plan transitions, coordinate with your venue, and make sure every key moment, like your first dance or grand entrance, goes off without a hitch. That said, I'm flexible, and last-minute additions or changes are always welcome leading up to the big day.
I arrive early enough to fully set up, test, and troubleshoot all equipment before your event starts. I also carry backup gear for critical components like microphones and audio connections, so if something unexpected happens, I can switch over quickly with minimal disruption to your event.
MC services are included in every package. I'll handle introductions, announcements, and transitions throughout your event, from your wedding party's grand entrance to toasts, cake cutting, and last call. I work with you ahead of time through the client portal to get names, pronunciations, and the order of events right, so everything flows naturally and feels personal to you.
Yes. A $200 non-refundable deposit along with a signed contract is required to officially secure your date. The deposit reserves your event date exclusively for you and is applied toward your total package price. Since dates are held on a first-come, first-served basis once the deposit and contract are received, I recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak wedding season.
Yes. If there's a special song that's meaningful to you, whether it's for your first dance, a parent dance, or just a personal favorite, let me know through the client portal and I'll learn it ahead of time so it's ready to play exactly when you need it.
