With more than 15 years of hospitality and event experience, we combine thoughtful design with experienced logistical management. From full-service planning and wedding management to destination celebrations, our approach centers each couple's story, style and guest experience.

We blend the eye of an event designer with the structure of an experienced planner. Our couples receive more than a checklist-we thoughtfully manage the logistics while curating the atmosphere and details that make a celebration feel personal. With deep New Orleans hospitality experience, trusted vendor relationships and a strong understanding of destination weddings, we create celebrations that feel elevated, culturally thoughtful and distinctly yours.

Best Wedding Planner/Designer in NOLA
Lux Event Solutions was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. Akasa, our wedding designer, was consistently communicative, effective, clear, polite, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire planning process. Her attention to detail and commitment to making our day special was truly fantastic. Akasa designed the perfect, elegant reception space that exceeded our expectations. She was always on time, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our wedding day was seamless. Akasa provided excellent recommendations, was incredibly patient, and made us feel like we were her top priority.
