    Haley Simon Events was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the moment we hired her, the communication was quick and easy. She had no problem setting up meetings with us or responding to a text whenever we needed. Haley and her team were incredibly dedicated, organized, thorough, thoughtful, and creative in their approach to planning our special day.     Haley saved my wedding day! I was so happy to have her at every step of the way. She was so professional, and so helpful even though some serious rain was going to dampen my original wedding plans. She executed a beautiful indoor ceremony even though I was so nervous of how it would align with my original vision. She made the day so easy for me, I had no stress, and she was so kind and supportive of me even with last minute changes. She really knows how to work with brides to make them feel comfortable and heard. Sometimes that is all we need! Without her I don’t know what I would have done! I would recommend Haley to anyone that is looking for the best day of their lives!

    Haley was absolutely amazing! Her professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail made not just our wedding day incredible, but also the entire planning process so much smoother. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and we couldn’t be more grateful.     My husband and I got married on November 3rd at Marinaj Banquets and Events in Moreno Valley. We hired Haley to be our day-of-coordinator, who also brought along Jordan. This was the single most important decision we made in our wedding planning process outside of securing our venue. I have worked in the events/catering business for 18 years, first in hospitality catering and convention services then to overseeing the catering operations for a fine dining restaurant with on-site and off-site full service catering services and now for a non-profit planning large gala events, so it’s a challenge to relinquish the responsibility to someone else and feel secure that they will execute your most important day as you envision it. However, from our very first meeting, and all through the few weeks leading up to the day, Haley continued to make us feel so confident in her ability to handle every single detail of our wedding, revealing her years of experience and knowledge. In addition to being extremely organized, attentive, sharp, professional and very detail-oriented, Haley is warm, kind and has the most wonderful energy that made you forget that you hired her to do the job, and felt more like a best friend that had your back in every single aspect of your most precious day. She gave me so much peace on the day of the wedding, by sending me messages and pictures to communicate how things were going and executed the timeline of events perfectly - allowing us to be fully present and enjoy and experience the day without a single worry. We couldn’t be happier to have found her and are so grateful for all she and Jordan did to make our day incredible. If you are considering a coordinator (which I highly suggest), let the search stop here! You won’t regret it! A million thanks to you Haley - Jessica & Javi
