I’m a Navy Veteran, graduate of The Art Institutes, and a professionally trained pastry artist with over 20 years of experience in the baking industry. Based in Murrieta, CA, I specialize in custom wedding cakes and desserts featuring refined buttercream floral artistry and modern botanical designs. I also teach hands-on decorating workshops. When I’m not creating cakes, you can usually find me traveling or working in my garden.

Gruttadauria's 1914 Bakery is a small family owned bakery that started over 100 years ago when my great grandfaterher came over from Sicily. Originally he opened up in upstate New York. We moved our entire bakery to Temecula in 2017.
