Citrus Blossom Bakery specializes in beautiful buttercream wedding cakes and delicious dessert tables. I focus on smaller 2- or 3-tier centerpiece cakes with a variety of small bites of dessert for your guests to indulge. You get the classic wedding cake experience AND a fun spread for your guests.

I was trained at the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionery Arts in Toronto, Canada in 2015. Since then I have interned with artist/pastry chef Nadia and Co, worked in the head office team opening SusieCakes across the country, and was the catering manager for Vanilla Bake Shop. I now work as the pastry chef for the Redlands Oyster Cult and have opened my home cake studio for custom wedding requests. Sweets are my passion.

    Best cake and dessert!

    We loved working with citrus blossom! We sampled everything beforehand and it was so hard to choose because everything was delicious! The cake and desserts came out beautifully and everyone loved them.

    Wedding cake and desserts of our dreams!

    We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Citrus Blossom Bakery! From our first conversation, Kaitlyn was so friendly and easy to work with. Our cake and dessert tasting with her was so much fun and everything from presentation to taste was amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests about how delicious the desserts were, and there were barely enough left for ourselves. She executed our vision for our cake exactly how we imagined. We'd absolutely recommend Citrus Blossom Bakery (and already have!) to any couple looking for a bakery that cares about their wedding day.

    The best of the best!!

    The BEST!

    We absolutely love working with Citrus Blossom Bakery! They have made cakes & treats for us for our engagement party, our wedding and an upcoming birthday! They are so kind, from the moment you book a tasting up until your big day! All of our guests were raving over the cake pops and macarons especially! My favorite thing was still our beautiful cake, she made our dream cake better than we could have ever imagined and it was such a bittersweet moment to cut into it! I’m so glad I found them, their professionalism and kindness is very rare, especially in the wedding business! I couldn’t recommend anyone else but them for your dessert needs!
