Ysaura and her whole team (Ariel and Dom ROCKED) kept our special day going even when things were not going well with catering. They moved mountains for us and we often wouldn’t find out till after the fact. They truly are professionals and they were hands down the second best decision I have ever made (getting married is the first)!!!

Wedding Coordinator

The season of wedding planning can be overwhelming; however, with Ysaura by our side, we were greatly supported. From the first time we met, she consistently took on all aspects of our planning process. While working and attending school full-time, I needed a coordinator who was present at all times. Ysaura was precisely what I needed and worked to calm my nerves. The days leading up to the wedding, she was very communicative and on top of all things related to the planning process. Ysaura is the best coordinator ever! She came in with a little over a month left before our wedding and took everything on with such organization and grace. She is great at communicating and helped guide my husband and I through the final steps. She was in direct contact with our venue coordinator/vendors and asked all the questions we didn’t even think about-which took a lot of stress off our plate. The day of our wedding she had her assistant Ariel were there to help us stay on track with our timeline and help with anything in between. Ysaura and Ariel were amazing! All the details-from the planning, setting up, and even down to cleaning up helped tremendously with making our day enjoyable with our close friends and family. Ysaura takes pride in what she does and it shows in her work. We will be using her again for any events we have in the future and highly recommend her services! Ysaura and her team are so professional and kept our day running as smoothly as possible! I didn’t even find out about multiple issues with our catering that her team handled until two days after the ceremony. They are seriously so kind and professional and they will keep the show going even when the plates are missing! Also they had to deal with me being extremely drunk, so I KNOW they’re good at keeping things running smoothly!!!

Ysaura is one of the sweetest and most attentive event planners I had the pleasure of collaborating with. She took my inspo pictures and created a beautiful centerpiece to match my “Wild West” themed graduation party. One of the best things was how quickly she responds and her willingness to enhance the proposals to make sure that the client is 100% happy (which we were). Her swiftness and patience is something I truly appreciated. She even gave us amazing recommendations for ideas to make my vision come to life. I will definitely be returning to her for any future events!
