Additionally, it includes hair and makeup services for four bridesmaids, featuring customized hairstyles (updos, waves, sleek, etc.) and flawless makeup application tailored to their features.

We suggest booking a year ahead, as our schedule tends to fill up twelve months in advance. A happy medium would be six months in advance.

We can cater to wedding parties of any size. For groups exceeding 5 people, we advise making reservations well in advance. Larger parties involve additional team members, and our schedule is typically booked 6 months to a year ahead. Booking sooner ensures seamless coordination and availability of our team.

The timing of your wedding beauty schedule will be determined by the arrival of the photographer at your getting ready location and the size of your wedding party. Rest assured, we are well-versed in this process, and we will create a timeline that ensures everyone has sufficient time to unwind and cherish the experience themselves but that won’t make anyone else run late.

To secure your wedding date on our calendar, we request a 30% deposit of the total package tailored for you, following your wedding consultation, along with a signed contract. Please note that we do not secure dates without both the deposit and a signed contract in place.

You can book by connecting with me here on Zola. I require a signed contract and a retainer fee. NOTE: This fee is non-refundable + non-transferable. It will go toward the price of the overall service.

You have the following options: 1. Pre-book your wedding day with the intent to have a trial before the wedding day. This option is best for Brides who love our work and want to secure their date. 2. Complete a trial now and decide if you want to book in order to secure your date. You have 48 hours to lock in the date. 3. Book services without a trial. This is perfect for the Bride who has general vision of their look that day and are excited to trust the artist's take on it.

Ariuna and the team did an amazing job on our wedding day. They were also super helpful with being flexible scheduling trials for my mom and I and took direction super well for any changes we wanted. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! They did everyone’s hair, including my husband’s, and did makeup for myself, my mom, and my MIL. They really helped my wedding vision come to life!

Ari was an absolute gem. I wanted to look like myself, just a little more polished and glowy, not caked in makeup or overly done, and she got it immediately. She listened, gave honest feedback, and made thoughtful adjustments on the spot to make sure I felt comfortable. My makeup lasted all day (despite heat and happy tears), and the hairstyle held up beautifully while still feeling natural and soft. My wedding ended up being rushed due to personal circumstances, so I only had a few weeks to prepare. Fortunately, Ari agreed to do my makeup despite her busy schedule. There was no makeup trial, so I was a little nervous on the big day. I wanted a gentle, understated makeup and hairstyle—I didn’t want to look unnatural or too different from how my guests usually see me in everyday life. But at the same time, I wanted to look stunning both in person and in the photos. And one more thing—I completely didn’t think about the timing, and on the big day I realized that the morning traffic could lengthen the trip to the registry office, so there was very little time left for makeup and hair. Sounds like a disaster, right? That’s what I thought too. Ari, friendly and calm, gave me a bit of optimism. She poured me some coffee and we started the makeup. I’m writing everything in detail to convey Ari’s professionalism. I don’t usually wear much makeup in daily life and honestly don’t know much about cosmetics. But I noticed the brushes were clean, Ari maintained hygiene—which is very important to me. She did the makeup quickly and used so many products that I don’t even remember them all. I was sure I looked like a doll, especially after she glued on lash clusters. I didn’t have time to fix or redo the makeup. But as soon as I looked in the mirror, it gave me a wow effect. Oh my God, it was so beautiful. We had 20 minutes left for the hair, and I was sure we wouldn’t make it. But remember, Ari is a pro and doesn’t do unnecessary moves—just a few flicks of the curling iron, a few sprays of hairspray—and my hairstyle was done. I rushed by car to the registry office. It’s been 9 months since the wedding, and I fondly remember all the compliments about my beauty. Ari did the impossible. She saved me. I’m a pretty difficult client, and if I had been unhappy with the makeup, I definitely would have said so. Gentle, unobtrusive, but bright enough, long-lasting (it was quite a hot day, and the makeup lasted until 1 a.m.—which, mind you, is 19 hours), a quick makeup on the most important day—I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude to Ari. I adore her and recommend her to everyone. And one more thing—I want to say a few words about Ari’s personality—she’s fun, flexible (I didn’t like the eyeshadow she put on, and she easily removed it and applied a new one), responsible, and very interesting. I had a great time chatting with her during the makeup. In short—don’t be like me—plan everything in advance, think through every detail, and dedicate time to this during your wedding preparations—but definitely choose Ari.
