Hi. My name is Cici Chang. I am a professional makeup artist based in New York City. Passionate about the integration of makeup and fashion, I love the creative inspirations that stem from the art of makeup. When I first began my career as a makeup artist, I came across the OMAK philosophy which’s kick-started a series of learning, changes and self-improvement. OMAK is an acronym that stands for "Observe Merits and Appreciate Kindness"; it is a positive way of thinking that encourages one to see, recognize and appreciate the good qualities of (personal information protected by Zola), makeup means much more than it is a delivery of personal beauty makeup Concept !

THE BEST OF THE BEST
The aren't enough words to describe my gratitude and love for Cici. Cici did my hair and makeup for my bridal shower and I was beyond happy with her work. 2 days before my wedding, my original artist cancelled and Cici was my savior, jumping in to save the day without having done a trial for my wedding day look. I was already comfortable with her and she helped me feel the most beautiful I've ever felt in my life. It was so important to me to work with an artist who has done soft glam on Asian features. Cici is a master at her art and I will feel forever indebted to her. She also stayed for touchups throughout the day, assisting my mom, myself, and my husband for anything we needed. My friends and family are so impressed with her; her pricing is extremely reasonable. She deserves all the love and praise. My hair and makeup stayed put ALL day and night. Thank you Cici for being a part of my special day, love you!!!!!!!!!!!

Trial and Wedding Look!
I booked a trial and my wedding makeup and hair with Cici! Her and her team did an amazing job on my look for my wedding as well as my bridal party. Cici was professional, quick to respond, and reasonably priced for all of her services ESPECIALLY considering the quality of her work. My makeup and hair stayed PUT all afternoon and through dancing all night at the reception. She was great to work with and hilarious. She also takes feedback as well. I had a few small changes I wanted to make from the trial and she understood and executed them perfectly! Thanks again to Cici and her team :)

Perfect Hair and Makeup for My Wedding
Cici was amazing for our wedding day. I normally don’t wear a lot of makeup and was a bit nervous for the process—but she took my concerns into account and helped put me at ease, giving me the more natural look that I wanted. She was flexible when I asked for certain changes during the process and executed everything flawlessly! My hair was also perfect—I wanted it a certain way to match some traditional clothing from my culture that I planned to change into. I couldn’t find too many inspiration photos, but she was able to give me exactly what I wanted based on how I described it. I got so many compliments for my hair! Both the hair and makeup stayed intact the entire day. She put so much care and effort into both. She is also super professional and flexible. She arrived right on time and was great to talk to. It was so much fun getting ready and chatting with her and the photographer—she even helpfully pointed out some good angles for the photographer to take of my hair. We also appreciated her willingness to take on our relatively last-minute request a few days before the wedding to do a couple of our guests’ hair. We can't recommend her enough.

Amazing makeup artist
I am so happy having cici be my makeup artist at my party day , she was doing so amazing job and she is so funny and lovely person she doing the so nice makeup for me and have so much patience for every makeup detail and a hair so beautiful updos , thank you cici /c.omak team
