Owners

We are Monika and Grzegorz, the team behind Sarasota Flowers Boutique. Our journey began in Europe, where we developed our foundation in floral design and creative collaboration in Poland. After relocating to Florida, we continued our work in destinations such as Key West, designing for luxury hotels, yacht clubs, and private events. Today, we are based in Sarasota, creating natural, European-inspired floral designs for weddings and select high-end events.

What sets us apart is the blend of our European design background, hands-on experience, and highly personalized approach. Our floral style is natural, elegant, and intentionally designed; inspired by the textures, movement, and timeless beauty of European florals. Because we are a boutique floral studio, we take on a limited number of weddings and events, allowing us to give each client our full attention. We do not believe in cookie-cutter designs. Every arrangement is created with the couple, the venue, the season, and the overall atmosphere in mind.

We offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services within a 150 mile radius of Sarasota.
Our wedding packages start at $3,000.
It’s never too early to reach out about your wedding florals, but we do recommend having a few key details in place first. For example: have you chosen your ceremony and/or reception location? Do you have a wedding style or vision in mind? Do you know your estimated guest count? Most of our couples reach out about 6 to 8 months before their wedding day.
Yes! After the contract is signed, we provide one mockup, typically a table centerpiece. We prefer to schedule this 30 to 60 days before the wedding so we can best reflect seasonal flower availability and allow time for any adjustments before finalizing the proposal and confirming vendor commitments.
Yes, we offer breakdown services along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception. Flowers can also be delivered to the wedding couple post reception.
Consultations are approximately 1 hour, but may take up to 2 hours for larger weddings. Please come prepared with details such as your budget, wedding style, color palette, and any floral inspiration, including venue photos, attire, fabric swatches, or social media images. The more information you provide, the better we can assist you. If you plan to use your own containers, please bring them so we can evaluate their size and provide an accurate quote. After the consultation, we will prepare a proposal with pricing and email it to you.
