Taste of Paella brings authentic Spanish paella and live cooking theater to your wedding, no restaurant walls required. Our chefs cook each paella fresh in front of your guests, filling the air with saffron, garlic, and toasted rice as the fire does its work. Every event is built around your guest count, from intimate backyard celebrations to receptions of up to 150 guests, with larger groups considered case by case. We handle the equipment, ingredients, and showmanship so you and your guests can simply enjoy the moment. We're a family-run business passionate about sharing genuine Spanish culinary tradition.

What sets us apart is the live show: we don't drop off trays, we cook the paella in front of your guests from start to finish, so the sizzle and aroma become part of the celebration. Most caterers serve food prepared off-site hours earlier; ours is finished as your guests watch. We're also genuinely family-run, not a franchise or a banquet-hall vendor juggling several events a night. That means direct communication with the people actually cooking your food, and real care in every event. And because paella is our specialty, not one dish on a long menu, we've spent years perfecting the rice and the timing that make it taste right.
