Creating custom experiences for our couples is one of our favorite things! We love spoiling our Brides and Grooms with custom menus inspired by your love story. We custom laser engrave organic coconuts for the Bride and Groom and keep them full all night! With fun recipes like "Choco-Marry Me 'Tini" and "With This Ring 'Ritas," we have 100s of options sure to satisfy any palate. We're not your average wedding bar service; we dedicate an event manager to the Bride and Groom. Our team is delivering drinks and entertainment to you and yours all night! We carry liquor liability and general liability insurance policies. We add each event location as an additional insured on our policies.
All of our mixologists are SERVE SAFE ALCOHOL CERTIFIED. This certification ensures our mixologists effectively do the following: Understand alcohol laws and responsibilities, evaluate intoxication levels, check identification, and thoughtfully deescalate difficult situations. All of these ensure the best experience and safety of your guest.
Isle Bartend is not a seller or re-seller of alcohol and our pricing reflects that. Our packages are priced based on our service, preparation, and everything included in your Isle Bartend experience. If you'd like help sourcing alcohol, we've got you covered. We'll guide your purchasing, build your cart, check out using your payment method, and handle concierge pickup, chilling, and delivery straight to your event. Either way, providing your own alcohol does not affect the price of our services.
Yes, securing your date requires a non-refundable retainer, with the remaining balance split into two easy payments (50% at the 90-day mark, the rest due 30 days prior to event), so, you're never hit with one big bill. Because we reserve your date, secure Isle-Mazing team members, and start planning the moment your retainer lands, it is non-refundable and cancellations follow a sliding scale based on how close cancellation is to the scheduled event. Full details live in your service agreement, and we're happy to walk you through every detail before you book.
We accept Cash, Debit, Credit, and ACH payments.
We allow our clients to choose how they would like to handle gratuity. We offer virtual and physical tip jars, where guests can tip our Isle-Mazing Team, or gratuity can be added to the final invoice.
Hourly bookings include SWFL's top mixologists and event professionals, arriving fully equipped with the necessary tools for the hired position, i.e.: shaking tins, bar tools, wine openers, ice scoops. We also feature an à la carte menu where clients can add bars, yard games, ice, coolers, custom menu designs, concierge services, and custom laser engraved coconuts. Our Signature Fresh Fruit Mixology Experiences are all-inclusive: we build your spirits cart at one of our preferred vendors, you swipe, we pick up, chill, and deliver everything to your event. Flexible is our default, tell us your budget and we'll match it to the right service.
Pricing depends on your event size, guest count, and which service level you choose. We offer a wide range of services, from hourly bartending and event staffing to our all-inclusive Fresh Fruit Mixology Experience, where the only decision left after booking is which recipe to try first.
