In 2016 and early 2017, PaperMill started out as a humble food stall down at Bondi Beach farmers market in Sydney, slinging out Spurritos and bowls to avid beach-goers! Alex, the founder and his mates could be found at a range of weekend markets and music festivals, working from a going along with the ride, testing new flavours, feeling the market, and getting feedback from our loyal customers. In 2017, Alex followed his heart followed his heart, venturing to Philadelphia to open a food truck in the city’s burgeoning mobile vending scene.

A food like no other, the Spurrito, offers a fresh, yet hearty fresh spring roll burrito. A perfect blend of Asian food and Aussie beach life. Accompanied by a tried and true Banh Mi, Bowl, and Taco; as well as many specialty asian appetizers and starters.
