Omakase Restaurant Group has grown into a multi-concept operator, creating some of San Francisco's most beloved destinations for Asian cuisine. Our concepts range from the elegant Michelin-star sushi restaurant, Omakase, to the fast-casual dim sum spot, Dumpling Time, to the Japanese-American Steakhouse, Niku Steakhouse. All Beginning with the opening of Live Sushi Bar in 2008, ORG has grown to gain local and international recognition with operations spread throughout the San Francisco Portola/Design District and beyond.

Dumpling Time focuses on freshly-made dumplings in the Asian tradition using locally sourced ingredients, unique fillings, in a contemporary style.
