After training in Valencia, Spain, I’m proud to be one of the only female professional cortadoras in the U.S. I combine elegance, tradition, and a whole lot of fun to make your celebration truly unforgettable with live hand-carved jamón ibérico, an elevated tribute to Spanish culture.
