James is awesome!
We had a wonderful time working with James for our wedding! He was extremely friendly and accommodating during our first call—we gave him specific playlists to work with for each part of the ceremony and reception, and he did an incredible job transitioning through all of them and picking songs that suited the mood. We chose to do a father-daughter duet in lieu of a dance, and his karaoke setup was able to accommodate that easily, which we were so excited about! As an emcee, James has a really fun and chill energy, and he led us through all the different parts of the ceremony and reception seamlessly. We’re so glad we got to work with James for our wedding and would absolutely work with him again for any future events!
The best guy for anything event related!
James truly does all of the above just as his company name says!! I’ve had the privilege of working with him for my auntie’s 50th birthday and recently my wedding. With both events, he was amazingggg. For our wedding, he was the DJ, MC, and provided the photo booth and up lighting. Some unofficial hats he also wore that day were videographer and event coordinator haha. James so wonderfully took it upon himself to do wayyyy more than he was asked that night. He took videos throughout the night and made sure the order of events went so smoothly. And as the bride, i’m so so grateful. We got non stop compliments on how great he was all night, and even days after, people only have the best things to say! I definitely will be going to him first for any event needs and recommending him to everyone. He is such a hard worker and goes above and beyond!!

Believe allll the reviews, James is amazing!!! I found him on Instagram and we were so happy with our choice. Booking was so simple! He’s quick to respond and is very up front about his pricing and packages. He makes communicating with him so easy! He’s very organized which was so important for me as I didn’t have a planner. Before my wedding he went through all the little details with me and answered any questions I had. Now for the day-of, my husband and I we’re just blown away by James. Not only was he an amazing DJ and MC, but he was sooo kind and caring to us. He was constantly checking in with us to see if we needed anything, made sure we ate, and always make sure our champagne glasses were filled. He had the dance floor going alllll night! He knew the right music to play and at the right times. It made me so happy to see everyone of all ages dancing and having a good time. Thank you James for making our night so memorable!!!
The PERFECT DJ for us!
My husband and I eloped and originally decided not to have a wedding, but we changed our minds last minute and ended up planning one in under six months. We knew we wanted a DJ but had no idea where to start. After coming across All The Above Events on Google, we decided to reach out—and we’re so glad we did! James got back to us incredibly quickly and was so informative from the start. As someone who had no idea how many details go into wedding planning, I was overwhelmed—but James made the process feel manageable and even enjoyable. Scheduling a video call with him was super easy, and as soon as we met him virtually, we knew we didn’t need to look any further. His vibe was exactly what we were looking for. As the big day approached and things got more stressful, James continued to be supportive, responsive, and accommodating. He helped us stay on track with all the details and made us feel confident that the entertainment side of things was completely under control. He continued to follow up until the day of, making sure that all the finalized details were set and that we felt fully prepared. The day of the wedding, James absolutely delivered. The energy, the music, the flow—everything was perfect. Our guests had an amazing time. He read the crowd effortlessly and kept the dance floor alive all night. We also added in his karaoke package, which was a huge hit and brought a whole new level of fun to the reception! We’re so grateful we found All The Above Events and had James be a part of such a special day.
