Every paella from Paella Time is cooked in saffron stock, the traditional way! Owner and head chef Ralph trained under one of Spain's leading paella chefs, developing many of his menu items from this culinary guru's family recipes. He and his team have experience catering to various events, from rehearsal dinners to receptions, bringing their passion for good food and exquisite flavors to every celebration.
