Mountain Muse Events
Hi! We are Mountain Muse, a mobile bar and decor rental company, owned a married couple with professional bartending experience. While planning our wedding, we realized how much we loved the DIY process, especially figuring out the final details. Our mix of creativity and organization has been essential in the buildout of our mobile bar and the continuing growth of offerings like a lounge space, photo booths and other decor. We are here to help with wedding coordination and planning or happy to just roll up with the special touches that make your event unforgettable.
Mountain Muse is not a large event company. We are here to connect with each of our clients on a personal level, give each event the care it deserves and tailor our offerings to fit each couples unique dreams.

The Starlight Mobile Bar is perfect for a simple wine, beer, and champagne service (with non-alcoholic options available as well). Our RBS certified bartenders will bring the fun and ambience with signage, lighting, and other decor with the added option of our lounge space.

AMAZINNNNG!!
Mountain Muse Bartending was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. The drinks were absolutely incredible and our guests are STILL talking about them. We had signature cocktails including a Mai Tai, Lavender Mojito, and an Old Fashioned, and throughout the entire night all we kept hearing was how amazing the drinks were. Not only were the cocktails delicious and beautifully made, but the bartenders themselves were so friendly, professional, fast, and attentive. They handled everything so smoothly and helped create such a fun atmosphere for our guests. They truly went above and beyond and made the bar experience feel elevated and special. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do. We are so grateful to them for being part of our wedding day and could not recommend them more highly!

Incredible!
We loved the horse trailer bar at our wedding last fall. Neither my husband or I drink but most of our guests do and Mountain Muse accommodated everyone with delicious cocktails and mocktails. Hallie really cared about making our wedding special and she even captured some incredible Super 8 footage from our reception, which has been a cherished way to relive the memories. They brought style, creativity, an excellent vibe, and professional communication. We can't recommend them enough!

Amazing Wedding Bar Decor w/ Mountain Muse!
Mountain Muse events was an incredible partner at our wedding. In addition to providing bartending services from the most beautiful mobile bar, Mountain Muse also completely understood our aesthetic and contributed design decor to our altar (the two rugs), a gorgeous seating area, table decor for the head table, and lanterns. They are extremely professional, delightful, flexible, and fun to work with and they collaborated perfectly with our coordinator team and all the other vendors. They can also provide event coordination and stylish vintage rentals. Highly recommend!

Like out of a dream
Mountain Muse is the best; they made our special day that much more magical. Hallie was so nice and worked with us to make signature cocktails, which everyone loved. The bartenders were so friendly and very skilled. I loved the cute vintage lounge, it was just the style we wanted. They’ll give your event an extra dose of magic. All our friends commented on how cool this addition was to our wedding! 10 out of 10, would recommend!

My favorite vendor!
Mountain Muse Events provided exceptional bar services and beverages for our wedding. From their extremely personable, professional, and very detailed communication style, to the excellence, perfectionism, and fantastic value of their work, they truly exceeded our expectations. My husband had a surprise Mojito made in a yardstick glass, and it was the best tasting Mojito I've ever had - they used an entire bottle of rum for the perfect concoction! Our guests were raving about the quality of their beverages and their impressive professionalism all night long. They also expanded their services to include additional decorations, which added so much to the overall look and feel of our wedding. We are so grateful to the Mountain Muse Events team for their incredible contributions to making our special day unforgettable!
